I had joined PCGS coingrading service to have my high end and some rare coins graded handed down by my father.

I had researched for weeks before paying a $149.00 membership fee as worried on losing my $47,000 coin for grading as i read BBB had some simalar reports.

Idid it as i thought ok, its safe nothing bad will happen.

I sent my rare coin after taking pictures and comparisons to other coins that look the same but not rare as this one particcular coin.

I paid a grading fee of $192.00 and my shipping of $32.00 with insurance.

I finally received my coin much later than paid for and it had the label and what i expected a 1964 SP GRADE 68

I was using it as collateral for a small loan but the lender said the numbers on the coin label did not match PCGS web site for that coin.

I called them and after researching this my self with no response from the company i eventually found the label on the front of coin holder was crooked so a peeled it back a little to see another label underneath, inside the holder stating a different coin as worth $61.00

SOMEONE HAD SWAPPED MY COIN AND SENT A DIFFERENT COIN BUT DID NOT CHANGE THE LABEL ONLY TO ADD A LABEL OVER THE TOP OF THE HOLDER.

I had tried to work with the company V.P. David Rosenberg but he referred me to their atty and then tried sending me a $21.00 check after requesting cancellation of membership ($149.00) and my coin. nothing was done by him, the atty or anyone. Atty Kieth Attelsey never responded to me or my calls.

I have filed complaint with BBB, State of Cal. Atty general and State atty general in South Dakota where i live.

I am now going to pursue major legal action as i have the proof of my real coin, their coin not the same and a video and pictures of the fake label placed over the holder.

I want my refunds of over $350.00 and i want my coin or at least a replacment of equal value!!

I would never send coins to this company read the BBB reports and research them before wanting to do busness.
