Pch.com 10 million sweepstakes requires pop-off blockers off to access sweepstakes.  This allows the dreaded "Free gift" required participation scam access.  Also since you must turn off the blocker the next site will produce pop-ups leaving cookies on your system.  This is a recent change to allow other advertisers access to sweepstakes users.  Whats in the pop-ups they allow through for a fee?
