PCI Auctions Manheim was quoted 1000.00 labor by Ashley and then charged 1842.80 and then when called to ask why I was told she would have to speak to her boss and getr back to me... I have left several messages and sent several emails with NO reply since then. I feel they got there money out of me and I no longer matter! TERRIBLE customer service!! Manheim Pennsylvania

Hello and thanks for your review. When we initially spoke on the phone we said that the labor estimate was $1500 and that your equipment had an auction value of $5000-$7000. We discussed the fact that exact labor is very difficult to determine without seeing the location first as every restaurant extraction comes with a different set of challenges and problems. Your equipment brought $6241.67 at auction and we charged $1842.80 for labor due to the complications that were experienced on the job pulling your 12.5 foot hood. We were on site for 9 hours when we had estimated that the job would only take 5 hours. Your contract (which you admitted to us that you hadn’t read before signing) stated that we were going to sell your equipment on or about September 22^nd and we were able to get your equipment sold on September 5^th. Your check was overnighted on September 16^th. You called us upon receiving your check with questions and we returned your call on September 19^th at 3:02PM. We spoke for 8 minutes and addressed your concerns, aside from two pieces that were allegedly missing from the auction. We called you back on the September 20^th to ask you to email us more information on the two pieces so we could look further into the issue. You sent us an email on September 23^rd with that information. We called you back on September 26^th to share that the first missing piece was #69 in that auction (and part of your check) and the other missing piece was never described in our initial list or pictures of the equipment so it was never picked up in the first place. You didn’t answer that call so we left that information in a voicemail. We then called you again on September 28^th and September 29^th to try to reach you to make sure there were no other questions but both calls also went unanswered. We have no record of you calling back on either number that we have on file for you any time after our conversation on September 19^th. We also received no additional emails expressing any further concerns or questions. I’m sorry that you feel that way but we made every effort we could to reach you to no avail. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience and hope that I have addressed all of your concerns.
