I purchased Linksys SPA942 IP Phone from PCNation.com over 15 days ago. I did read their return policy and said that they charge 15% on return items. I agree to the policy and purchased the phone. I went out of the country for 15 days, came back, hooked up the phone, didn't power on or did nothing.

Called PCNation, they said even if it's a defective item, I would still be charge 15% restocking fee. Mind you, I have paid $124 for this phone and I'm paying $18.60 so you can restock this back in your distributor's warehouse and make money off of me? On h*o!

I decided to do cross ship, which means, buy another item, pay the price and return the 1st item and receive full credit. I was told from their "Return" specialist that my 2nd item would be on hold and will not ship until 1st item return procedure is complete. Jay Cohen - the rude return specialist.

Today, I receive further instructions on how to return my 1st phone. Mind you again, I have to pay out of my pocket to return a "DEFECTIVE" phone, and then pay shipping for 2nd item. So this ticked me off, I emailed immidately and told them to CANCEL all my orders.

Oh guess what, Mr. Jay Cohen the return specalist had already processed my 2nd order, and now telling me that I can refuse the 2nd item delivery but I will still be charge $10 for the shipping! What the F*^&%???

How can order be on the truck within matter of few minutes? He refused to cancel my shipping, I'm paying to return 1st item, and then I'm paying $10 shipping for the 2nd item and guess what, I end up with no items and still paying for them!!!

If my 2nd order was suppose to be on hold until 1st is procssed, how the heck did it made it to the truck within few minutes?

Oh also he tells me that I should have called manufacturer and see if they can do free replacement. By the way, I did called manufacturer after I talked to a dumb PCNation customer service specialist and did troubleshooting of the phone. Manufacturer (Linksys) tells me that I need to call PCNation back and do troubleshooting because phone is still under their responsiblity (within 30 days).

Jay Cohen tells me that my emails are not acceptable, do you expect me to be poliet after ripping me off for more than $25 for nothing??? Who the heck wants to give away $25 and not have any items? I wouldnt!

RIP OFF!!! Never do business with PCNATION.COM! Completely rude employees with money making is their scam on the mind.
