i called my anti-virus co. &somehow got connected to pcp247. the tech asked to join me on my computer and right away he screamed YOU R BEING HACKED! he then offered me a deal for and point out numerous junk files and registry errors that were still present$399 FOR 3YEARS I EVENTUALLY ACCEPTED HIS OFFER OF $149 after he promised to make my PC brand new. it didnt happen. i had to call back and point out numerous infected files and registry errors. i would not recomend this co.to anybody DAVID,LOS ANGELES 7/14/2012

IN REGARDS TO THE REPORT I SUBMITTED ON 7/14/12 IN REGARDS TO PCP247, I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE CLEAR THAT MY COMPLAINT IS SOLELY IN REGARD TO THE MANNER IN WHICH THEY OBTAINED MY BUSINESS WHICH WERE NOTHING SHORT OF SCARE TACTICS.. AS FAR AS THE WORK THEY ACTUALLY DID, I HAVE TO SAY THAT IWAS IMPRESSED & SATISFIED. I FELT THE URGENCY TO CLARIFY REMARKS I MADE LAST NIGHT ABOUT THE CO. I MEANT TO SPEAK NEGATIVELY ABOUT THEIR SALES ETHIC BUT NOT ABOUT THEIR ACTUAL WORK. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS [YET]ABOUT THAT ANONYMOUS SUN VALLEY,CALIF.
