pcRush Poor customer service no responsibility for products sold Internet

I bought a kid's tablet for my daughter, who has Autism, from pcRush in December.  They were selling on Walmarts' "Market Place."  So, I thought I'd be safe purchasing from this third party.  Wrong!  I received this tablet at the end of December, and in less than a month it stops working.  Cold dead. It won't turn back on.

I contacted pcRush, and they pushed me off to the manufacturer; they wouldn't take the tablet back!

I then contacted the manufacturer of the tablet, Worry Free Gadgets.  They want me to send them the tablet, and enclose a money order for $15 for shipping.  So, the defective tablet I bought for $50, they want me to pay $15 to ship it to them, and then pay the $15 to get it back!  Eighty dollars for a piece of junk!

I've contacted Walmart, and now I have to wait up to six weeks to see if they will help me.  I should have bought a tablet from Amazon.  At least they are quick to assist with a remedy if needed.

Avoid Walmart's "Market Place", and avoid pcRush.
