I bought two different PCUSA products from ecost.com and tigerdirect.com with rebates respectively last Nov. And I sent out both rebates after I received them, but I never receive any rebate check until now. I sent several emails to them and never got any response.

I already gave up the rebates, but I would to warn other people to stay away from this company's products with rebates.
