I applied for a payday loan via the internet and was looking at my statement and found an unexplained charge of $6.78 on my account. I could not access the internet page from my computer so I found this website and realized a great deal of people were being ripped off by this company. I found a phone number on another person's complaint and phoned. The phone number put me on hold for what seemed like an eternity and I had to hang up due to me being at work.

It makes me angry that people will intentionally take advantage of people having a hard time or falling on hard luck. Is it not enough that we are asking for a loan and being denied?

I will be calling my bank to get a refund.
