THEY LIE TO MUCH.
The customer service center is in the same building,which is a house someone started using as a business, as the people taking orders. Brandy tells everyone to say that shes in a different building so she doesnt have to talk to them. She also puts off calling people back until after the autoship is charged to their card so that the company can get the $149.99.
Brandy does not read the customer service tickets, she looks at the subject line and sends an "automated" response to them. If a customer responds or reopens a service ticket the subject line does not change and they get the same response.
The company changes lables on pill bottles but not the pills. They quit selling the thin tabs so they pulled the lables off of what was left and put lables for phentrazine on them and shipped then as the phentrazine without telling the customer.
the website is constructed so that the terms and conditions is a popup window and most people will not see it because of popup blockers.
