To respond to Mr Sheffler , Sorry for any remarks bringing you into this discussion , But Your name was brought in through your past case , involveing jeffrey Hirschkorn.

And the only reason anyone would have to mension this ( your case , Name )is the Fact that your Judgement involved Jeffrey and a George cooper , In case you werent aware or it may not matter , George cooper was the Late grandfather of jeffrey himself , George,Deceased many years prior to any involvement with your client / your case, So as a few diligent and recent victimswere able to uncover , locate Jeffrey ( he has committed Identy Fraud on many using this same name)

He has used the name George cooper against many fraudelent charges on credit cards , used the grand Dads name as a lawyer figure , as a customer of jeffs bogas vac business , and even signed reciepts with George coopers signature , as recent as july , aug 2009. He shows up on Britehouse cable bills etc....

So refrenceing the name George (and found thru some of jeffs family members (hes no longer around for a while now !),a funny question came up .... How Does a dead person get a judgment charged against him ....... HMMMM - and , well after their Burried , and many states away burried too ...

So this came to play with the Identity theft. No harm meant to you but , Jeffrey brought your name and any mension of you into this , by thinking some other victim had found something to do with it and just opened up another Question to be answered , He is currently in the orange county jail , soon to be tranfered back to Florida DOC, to serve his 24 month term there , so far (24 mos), He has been in since 7/02/10

More charges are to be filed against him as they still continue to arrise from unknowing past victims , all jeffreys current info is in recent posts here , by many victims who follow , along with his new mug shots as they keep updateing with his transferesfor court appearences all over Florida`s countys ....

Sorry for any inconvience / confusion this may have caused to you or your client. I am one of the past victims and past landlord , who will not stop the effort to keep the charges coming and jeffrey where he belongs , as he screwed me for over $45,000.00 , and Now, this is my restitution ,him away .... It has been brought to my attention that whomever is posting the above comments on this siteis referencing my name. For the record, I am an attorney in the Orlando area that represents a company that has obtained a judgment in the Orange County court against Mr. Hirschkorn. I have never represented Mr. Hirschkorn. Is it fate or just a bad day for jeff , or was it just another Delay tactic on Jeffreys part , He was suposed to send me some significant money this week ( $500.00 ) 4/16/10 and was going to send some fri and the balance monday 4/19/10 , but >>>>>

Jeffrey claimed a familiar thing happened  from days past , except this time it was claimed to occur to him , This time...

He says when his boss ( louie ) gave him his pay check and he went to bank of america to cash it to his suprise due to the fact he knows the tellers and such ,

they told him they wouldnt deposit the check because there was no money in the account , and this left jeffrey with no money ,( is that familiar or what !!!) 

Is that not a kick in the butt , I told Jeffrey to send me a copy of the check and I would help file it to the worthless check diversion program for him ,

BUT  needless to say that Jeffrey was unable to send money friday , so he has told me that monday 4/19/10

He will send the money w/u that he has promised to send , I didnt really mind due to the fact it was the weekend and that the offices at the state attorney wouldnt get anything till monday anyway , So as I already told Jeffrey,   >>

Maybe they know that I have some things that can either clear jeffrey or rest there case , against him or both , either way ,

As his past ex ex landlord that he owes lots of money  ..>> and he made promise to repay , and I willing to accept this promise due to his intrest of staying out of jail and avoid spending lots of lawyer cash in his attempt to to such ,

Are you simply confusing my postings with those of "Just Interested" or "travelerl9"... or do you suspect that I might be contributing to this forum under one of those names? If it is the latter, I would take that as a huge compliment! "Just Interested" is doing a marvelous job of researching and keeping tabs on your storied criminal history, and "travelerl9" provides comic relief with his/her wit and satire...

All in all, a total of $6,105 was taken in illegal transactions. I have been told by Ms. Greene that she arranged to debit a total of $4,000 from the personal checking account of Edgar Albandoz and $2,000+ from the joint checking account from his parents. So, you can see, for those who did not get paid, do not place sole blame on myself. Edgar Albandoz should pay for what he did to those who did not get paid.

If you want to place blame on not getting paid, that is fine. But, you must know that Peabody Research Corporation is insolvent. Translation: no money exists. I am out of my own personal finances reaching out to pay two parties: Robert L. Ross and Edmund Poirier. Now, theyve not been paid much, but it is a step in the right direction.

I also question whether the person claiming to be a lawyer is one, based on the rather poor usage of language and construcion of the letter  bearing his signature. Also, how does one "disparage himself in this community" by writing a letter of complaint about a ripoff artist; note too that this person gets a little confused about who he is, a lawyer or an employee:  warned by authorities to stop disparaging myself, my company, associates and investors.

I am happy you feel that APPLIANCES is really nothing to complain about maybe not, but understand stealing is the issue. Yes you get paid on time and he maybe a wonderful person, that is why so many people are in a pickle, because is is kind and charming. I am a small business operating for 13 years in the same place. Yes we have had people jilt us in the past, but for different reason.  I have documented proof from Jefferey admitting what he has done, and that he will pay for the stolen items.  This is how I provide for my family "APPLIANCES", and how I do like MY President said pay Taxes. You should continue to do your job, help tax payers book vacations and make sure they enjoy them, as I will continue to make sure PAYING customers receive Quality Appliances, for which they earnestly pay for..   Now you get a Life or you pay me the money Jefferey owes, since you are the only one getting paid by him.

Founded accusation, Yes this persons is a crook in all scene of the word, He called my business to purchase several household appliances, pretending to be an investor. He then stole; refrigerator, stove and washer/dryer, I say stole due to the fact he paid the delivery person with a check from a inactive account.  Lie after lie he told about going to pay. I have documentation of everything I am saying and even corresponding e-mail where he states he is going to pay, and sorry for the inconvenience.

Sadly he has made a living from this dating back as far as 2004, I would like each to know that I am not defaming or slandering anyone, I state only the facts, with all documentation to back it up.   Threading me with Legal action for stating facts, WOW!, may be Orange County Judges will get tired of seeing his face and utilize the system for what I pay Taxes for.

Jeffrey Hirschkorn did write me 2 worthless checks and I have filed charges with the State Attorneys Office and Jeff's lies will finally catch up with him. He wrote one check for $5,000 on his deceased mothers account, what a nice man with no shame.

Twice he tried to pay me for leads and the credit cards were rejected because they were reported stolen. Twice he made payments through a bank account that was closed.

I've been told that Jeffrey Hirschkorn also wrote worthless checks to AC repairmen who worked on his rented home on Northwestern Ave in Altamonte Springs Fl.

I know he wrote over $41,000 in worthless checks to the company he is supposed to pay for fullfillment, and what that means is that the poor people who bought vacations may not  have their packages fullfilled.

Jeffrey Hirschkorn was arrested on Dec 15th on an outstanding warrant from Orange County Fl on a previous worthless check. Go and do a search on Jeffrey Hirschkorn and you will see he has been writng bad checks as far back as 2002.

He was arrested  on January the 15th for identity fraud, Forgery, Grand Theft and 2 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, he was accused of using a vacation customers credit card to repair his own vehicle at a local Goodyear Store.

Getting back to the lawyer, would a lawyer refer to me as a two bit nobody?

This company sells vacations and then takes your money and runs.

Jeffrey Hirschkorn was arrested last friday Jan 15th on the following charges by the Sminole County Sheriffs Office for

Identity theft, Grand Theft , 2 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and forgery.

It states that Jeffrey Hirschkorn used a customers discover card to pay for work done on his own vehicle at Goodyear. It also states he is the President of Peabody Research. If the company President is dishonest, then this company is not a company you shold conduct business with. He has a partner named Mat McKinley who is well aware of Jeffrey's dishonest buiness practices. You are taking a chance by giving these guys your credit card because you may never get to travel , and they may run up your card like Jeffrey Hirschkorn has dones to so many others.

This man, his company and his partners should not be trusted. If you have bought a vacation package, I urge you to contact the fullfillment company to ensure your vacation package is going to be fullfilled. Then call your bank immediately and have the charges reversed on your card and then have your bank re-issue you the card.

Do not believe Peobody Vacations or any of it;s representatives if they say they will refund your money, you must call your bank and make them aware.

Jeffrey Hirschkorn has written me over $10,000 in worthless checks, $5300 our of his business account and $5000 out of his mother and fathers account...These checks were written in December of 2009. He has written another $41,000 in worhtless checks to the company who fullfills his packages.

He was arrested on Dec 15th on an outstanding warrant for passing a worthless check.

Do not trust this man, Peabody Vacations, Divine Vacations, Mat McKinely, Alan Hirschkorn or a George Cooper.

If you have been ripped off, contact your local police, your credit card company and report this to the Florida Dept of Agriculture and this company will eventually lose their seller of travel license if the charges are proven.

Jeffrey sounds very believable but he is a liar. A very few people do get to travel, must most never do, and most never get their refunds.

Open Letter Re: Jeffrey Hirschkorn

To answer the critics, Jeffrey Hirschkorn is not a convicted felon. Anyone who tries to discredit him is doing nothing more than starting controversy where it does not exist. I know first hand about the situations people have been drugging up from the past. As counsel to Mr. Hirschkorn and IPO.com, each case referenced herein was dropped and/or abandoned because he [personally] did nothing wrong.

I urge you to do your own research before placing judgment on him and his company, which by the way, does sell legal and legitimate vacation packages. In fact, they are licensed and regulated to do so by the Florida Department of Consumer Affairs. Just check out the web site for Peabody Vacations and the license number is prominently displayed.

For those who try and discredit him, shame on you. Or, more to the point, shame on you for trying to hurt someone pursuing the American Dream. Use your time more wisely and do something constructive.
