 Hello fellow victims once again , as this is a response just to Update everyone (8/2014) that Jeffrey Hirschkorn , Alan Hirschkorn , Peabody vacations Mad Hatter , and every other name in these reports that somehow speak of the honesty or goodness of Jeffrey R Hirschkorn , Alan L Hirschkorn or any business they have ever been associated with is ( Wait for it ) !!!!!

ITS ACTUALLY JEFFREY HIRSCHKORN POSTING ....LoL and a LIE ... ( read and match the vocab , writing , and statements made by him ) anyone can see .....

This post is being written well after Jeffrey has been encarcerated now for about 4yrs  ... everything posted by the landlord ( myself ( bounty hunter ) ED P, nvrforget , flyonthewall ,angry exemployee , just interested , leavemeoutofit ) and many many others ( kevin nobull , Brian , angry churchlady etc ) ,  were all very true and straight to the issue statements.

All rebutals were by Jeff himself ( owner of company ) as all the victims knew but jeff didnt know we were all together on it and comunicating jeffreys lies and deceits. Congratulations on the persuit and persistance of all the entities as in the end result Jeffrey was put in FLDOC and been there ever since , he never should have messed with us.

These reports in this site Having to do with Jeffrey Hirschkorn , Alan Hirschkorn , Jacob Goldstien , iris Hirschkorn , Leo cusimano , current offerings , peabody vacations , ipomonitor , aavff , divine vacations , were all investigated through seminole , orange county and the appropiate courts and authorities and Jeffrey was put in Jail finally.

Alan distanced himself from his son ( threw him under the bus ) and stayed out of jail but rest assured still is scamming in florida , and planns on a move to a house nearby with help from someone who thinks hes a friend .... LOL .

Jeffrey gets out of jail sometime in Feb 2016 , Look out for him as he will no doubt try it again !!!!!  

See I know , Jeffrey got out in 2012 on good behaviour  but ( as was predicted  ) He did it again and got caught . they got him on violation of probation plus the new attempted crimes on new victims in jacksonville .

So no doudt he will do it again but there are many of us past victims still waiting and watching their every move .... LOL ..  Keep in mind

Jeffrey and Alan Hurt many many people , Made false statements and claims about everyone on anyone and still would say or do anything for their own personal gain no matter who they hurt in the process .

Jeffrey has no idea how all of us worked together to ensure he was locked up.

Jeffrey has no friends, only enemies.

He says he was innocent, but we all knew differently.

He has been locked up for almost 4 months now.

If Jeffrey hadn't have messed with me and had taken my warning seriously we never would have had NEWS 6 come after him or ACTION 9 come after him.

If Jeffrey wasn't such a crook and a liar, maybe we never would have told Det Riggs where Jeff's mail box in Altamonte Springs was located.

Riggs staked out that UPS Store and arrested Jeffrey on the spot.

The best thing that happened was when Jeff was arrested by a woman bail bondsman and her MOTHER....Jeffrey has no shame, he runs from reporters but then lets 2 ladies catch him, what a wuss.....

 

Payback is a b***h, we are all free, yet Jeffrey this wonderful honest business man is being locked up UNFAIRLY.....Boooo h*o.

As I read and remember the past postings I wrote , I realize I wasent far off the whole way , as many others as well , But at this point Jeffrey Has been in Jail now for about 4 months and counting , His father has filed more charges on his son , ( Thrown him under the bus , so to speak )... as was predicted !

Also DaD has filed 2 - 4 more charges as well !! with ocpd . which include forgery , larceny etc.

The charges are still piling up even while jeff is contained . New victims are finding out that jeff can no longer run away .

As of today 10/12/10 pictures of jeffreys Office ( or what he claimed was his office ) was towed away today , ( Repoed ) by sunbelt credit , also found that the SS# on the loan may belong to a jake Goldstien , remember him , well it will all come out sooner or later .

Jeffrey works in the Kitchen fo now at the jail , He is planning a breakout by way of bryan c hugo , some conflict of interest , that jeffrey thinks mediation may give him back some cash he may have had the lawyer retain , But I really dont think that will fly , Jeffrey has pleanty of enemys in the courts , that finally want him to pay .

Along with everyone keeping close eye on his status , He can no longer go to Dad as he has been ordered no contact , and he no longer has an office ( car ) waiting if he should ever get out , many people still e-mail and FB me on the status , and many frequent ripoffreport as well to catch up on things , thats good !!!

You lived rent free , for 9 mos , payed nothing to repairs , appliances , a/c etc , You put Me in a forclosure situation , and had no mercy with a bank wire fraud and blown up mortgage payments on that reversal ,you continue to allow me to pay with no help "you claim is coming from you" a smart hard working guy owner of company >>>

It is time for healing! It is time to move on! Everyone knows the main culprit here. Yes, it was Edgar Albandoz and his shady ways of doing business. And, several people have come forward to me alleging that he owes them a chunk of money for affairs not related to Peabody Vacations LLC. What the money is for? I cannot tell you! But, it smells rotten to the core, if you get my drift.

Eddie Poirer and Robert Ross are good people that were brought into situations beyond their control. I am truly apologetic. Eddie: We got things to work out and down the road we should be able to get that accomplished. Robert: Sorry for what you are going through at this moment, but that freeze has nothing to do with me. Trust me, when I say that I am doing what I can to send monies your way!

When I do get my property back this week, I will figure something out between us. For now, off and running yet again!

The state of Florida should investigate the name WILLIAM ROBERT MOORE and the name GEORGE COOPER, both of these names are tied to Jeffrey R Hirschkorn and have been tied to Jeffrey Hirschkorn for an extended period of time.

The Florida Expressway Authority is owed thousands of dollars by Jeffrey Hirschkorn for toll violations and for giving them payments with stolen credit cards and with worthless checks.

The US Postal Service is owed hundreds of dollars for unpaid postal boxes for the past 9 years in dozens of locations through all of Florida.

Progress Energy is owed thousands of dollars by Jeffrey Hirschkorn, and his father Alan Hirschkorn has past due bills with them as well.

Brighthouse Cable is owed thousands of dollars by Jeffrey Hirschkorn and by an alias of Jeffrey Hirschkorn, Jacob Goldstein.

Jeffrey Hirschkorn has been diagnosed by 2 independent Dr's, and both agree that Jeffrey Hirschkorn meets all of the symptoms of a PATHALOGICAL LIAR.

Here is the best information I was able to find, and this is kind of funny;

Jeffrey Hirschkorn has been blacklisted by the Fl Bar Association and 95% of the lawyers in Orlando will not take Jeffrey Hirschkorn's cases as he has written hundreds of worthless checks to dozens of lawyers all over the state of Florida.

When Jeffrey says the Tide is changing, he could not be more accurate.

Jeffrey Hirschkorn is in for a rude awakening, and if Jeffrey thinks the police do not know what they are doing, he needs to think again.

What Jeffrey needs to realize is that a witness has come forward and is co-operating with the state attorney's office.

The evidence the state of Florida has against Jeffrey Hirschkorn is overwhelming.

Normally, the state would never prosecute a $40 unauthorized credit card charge, but my understanding is that the Altamonte Police are doing just that.

They are going door to door on SR 436 and talking with every single restaurant that offers deliveries and taking statements from all of their delivery drivers.

Normally, the banks write the small stuff off, but not this time.

Every single unauthorized credit card charge from November through March 1st is being investigated.

If Jeffrey Hirschkorn was looking for attention, he has it now.

Too many forces are now working together to ensure Jeffrey Hirschkorn is held accountable for his actions and crimes.

Well, the truth has come out. And, yes things are starting to look real good for those who wait. That is correct! For those people who are dissenting and to those who constantly use this forum to criticize, I do not care anymore. Justice was served today when Detective Riggs of Altamonte Police Department called and advised of all property being returned and released. So, it does pay to have great lawyers on your side who do care and work hard to do the right thing.

 

Now, is the time for healing to occur! For those people who choose not to move on, that is fine too! Im on the cusp of something big and big it is. It is justice for those who tried to railroad me into matters not of my own doing. That is correct! Hey, Just Interested! Got new DL number since my identity was compromised by No Bull. Investigative professionals who are monitoring these events passed this on to me this morning.

Jeffrey R. Hirschkorn's Florida Drivers License has been CANCELED. It was already suspended for non-payment of fines but is now CANCELED because of a bounced check.

Had it not already been canceled for that reason it is scheduled to be canceled again on 5/3/10, because of his failure to take a drivers ed course, a penalty for a past driving conviction.

No doubt our little friend will bluster and deny this. No matter. The state of Florida is three steps ahead of him. His entire MV account is flagged for unpaid fines, court costs etc.

Better yet, let him continue to drive using his canceled license and let's see how the police deal with him. They are required to confiscate a canceled/revoked license on site. Perhaps someone who is in touch with the "scum" at the Altamonte Springs PD can assist with passing on this information.

Furthermore, the address he has given to the state as his permanent residential address is the mailboxes etc. that he is currently using . Another violation.


As for vehicles there are three active plates.

1. 2000 Ford with plate starting with 444. Registration expired 1/23/10

2. 2000 Mitsubishi with plate starting with IDG. Registration expires 1/23/12

3. 1996 Mercury with plate starting with 220. Registration expires 1/23/12

At no time, did I ever tell him that Edgar Albandoz worked with me after Peabody Vacations ceased operations. So, that is only in his mind! I cannot wait to see his face when they announce a full blown dismissal of charges because I personally did no wrong. Eddie: Did they repossess your truck yet? If not, dont worry, they just got a Writ of Replevin yesterday! It is truly amazing what they can get at the Clerk of the Court. So, now, when the agent comes, they will bring law enforcement with them and get that truck. So, sorry for the loss of wheels! Perhaps, a bicycle would do! Maybe a shopping cart to go along with it!

Identifying a Pathological Liar:



Pathological liars, or "mythomaniacs," may be suffering from histrionic personality disorder or narcissistic personality disorder. The following comments basically reflect a pathological liar who has the characteristics of histrionic personality disorder.


Some characteristics

1. Exaggerates things that are ridiculous.


2. One-upping. Whatever you do, this person can do it better. You will never top them in their own mind, because they have a concerted need to be better than everyone else. This also applies to being right. If you try to confront an individual like this, no matter how lovingly and well-intentioned you might be - this will probably not be effective. It's threatening their fantasy of themselves, so they would rather argue with you and bring out the sharp knives than admit that there's anything wrong with them.


3. They "construct" a reality around themselves. They don't value the truth, especially if they don't see it as hurting anyone. If you call them on a lie and they are backed into a corner, they will act very defensively and say ugly things (most likely but depends on personality), but they may eventually start to act like, "Well, what's the difference? You're making a big deal out of nothing!" (again, to refocus the conversation to your wrongdoing instead of theirs).


4. Because these people don't value honesty, a lot of times they will not value loyalty. So watch what you tell them. They will not only tell others, but they will embellish to make you look worse. Their loyalty is fleeting, and because they are insecure people, they will find solace in confiding to whomever is in their favor at the moment.


5. They may be somewhat of a hypochondriac. This can come in especially useful when caught in a lie, for example, they can claim that they have been sick, or that there's some mysteriously "illness" that has them all stressed out. It's another excuse tool for their behavior.


6. Obviously, they will contradict what they say. This will become very clear over time. They usually aren't smart enough to keep track of so many lies (who would be?).



    * They lie about even the smallest things. For example, saying "I brushed my teeth today," when they didn't.
    * They add exaggerations to every sentence.
    * They change their story all the time.
    * They act very defensively when you question their statements.
    * They believe what they say is true, when everyone else knows it isn't.


An alternate 'checklist':

    * Lies when it is very easy to tell the truth.
    * Lies to get sympathy, to look better, to save their butt, etc.
    * Fools people at first but once they get to know him, no one believes anything they ever say.
    * May have a personality disorder.
    * Extremely manipulative.
    * Has been caught in lies repeatedly.
    * Never fesses up to the lies.
    * Is a legend in their own mind.




    * Pathological liars cannot tell that they are lying; they actually believe the lie as soon as it comes out of their mouth. They lie about unimportant things that don't really matter to anyone. This can be caused by mental defect but isn't always. Slime-ball liars lie about things that make them look better or embellish to get attention. They also lie to keep their butts out of trouble and to get what they want.


    * Here are things to ask yourself: How could this many things happen to one person? Would believe these stories if someone else told you? Think back to the beginning: you had red flags and alarms going off in your head. Learn to trust your instincts.


    * It is very hard to tell when one is a pathological liar. Some people just are liars and lie to lie because they can and they don't care about getting caught and aware that you know they have lied. These people care not about lying, it's no big deal. It's like "ok, so what? I lied".

The pathological liar on the other hand, IS aware that they are lying BUT will go to extremes to make you believe that they are truthful. They appear to believe their own lies BUT in truth, they know their lies are just that, lies. But because their efforts are constantly backing up their lies, it appears to us that they actually believe their lies, when we eventually do find out about them and then we tend to feel sorry for these people.

Then they have an excuse, "I am sick, I don't know why I lie, I believed what I was saying etc." The only truth was the fact that they don't know why they lie. Other than that it's crap. It is true that most of them have an extremely low sense of self worth and are continuously trying to make themselves feel better about THEMSELVES and this is one reason they lie. It is about them but the lies are not always set up with the purpose to hurt some one else; it's that these people feel so low about themselves they need to create ANYTHING different from the ugly reality they feel about themselves so they lie about even the most tiniest little thing.

The people closest to them get sucked into these lies which sometimes start as something very trivial and then turn into something that can turn everyone involved worlds upside down and inside out.


    * Unmasking the pathological liar is an easier task when the pathological liar is no more than a casual acquaintence to the "un-masker." Close relationships provide camouflage for the pathological liar, and intimacy provides a heavily-fortressed breeding ground.


    * Other indicators: 1) Rage attacks after they realize you're questioning their lies. 2) Distraction techniques, e.g. hanging up the phone when you catch them in lie, playing word games, or even just running out of the room. After using the distraction technique, or rage attack, or sometimes both, they will pretend that nothing ever happened. They re-write history, so it never did happen in their minds. Normal people do it too, but these people take it to the extreme.
 
 
   *The definition of pathological actually means abnormal or grossly atypical. Therefore, a pathological liar prevaricates more frequently than the average person or tells more abnormal lies. In most cases, pathological liars tell lies that are "unplanned and impulsive" (Hausman).

These lies are usually very emotional stories that tend to serve no purpose except to impress people (Ford 133). As of now, psychiatrists are unsure whether or not pathological liars are fully capable of realizing if and when they are lying, so detecting whether or not a person is a pathological liar is a very difficult task (Hausman).

By looking at the list of conditions commonly connected with people considered to be pathological liars, psychiatrists are better able to determine whether or not a person might actually have the disorder. Some main qualities linked with pathological liars include dysfunctional family origin, family lying patterns, anomalies of sexual life, frequent substance abuse, and a great capacity for language.
 

Even a pathological liar carries deep in his heart a desire for goodness and honesty and yet, because of painful emotional wounds, believes that the world never has, and never will, recognize his pain. And so, to hide that pain from himself, he uses all the lies he can concoct to hurl at the world as he runs in fear from his own goodness.

And, yes there was a court hearing today and it was continued due to the fact it was a docket sounding. Do you know what that means? Probably not! It is merely an opportunity for the Circuit Judge to get an update! And, the state had no update, indicating that a dismissal is likely because they cannot tie me directly to any wrongdoing. That is exactly what Ive been telling you.

Your lies are getting the best of you idiot! I have not met or spoken with Edgar Albandoz in quite sometime. Stop lying idiot! You and I know both now the truth! And, youre distorting the truth! I have already notified people that will handle this for me. This is not a threat! This is my promise to you to make your life a living hell in the coming days! You do not know what to expect or what may happen, but things will occur! You better watch in every direction because a new bounty hunter is on the prowl! It could be any number of things!

Insurance fraud bullshit! And, Bob Ross knows the truth! We got it on tape that I was authorized to contact the insurance company and spoke with Cindy Gray on his behalf. I identified myself as the tenant in the home because Mr. Ross lived in NJ. They took the initial claim and Mr. Ross was advised of such matters. Perhaps, you do not understand or realize that a Waiver of Appearance means that you do not attend because of a private attorney.

In advance of any further inquiries, my court appearance before Circuit Judge Debra Nelson, set for Wednesday, has also been waived. If you do the search, it reveals such to you. Perhaps, that is above your mental capability! And, by the way, your threats of continued annoyance mean nothing to me. I have reported the harassment by Eddie Poirier to my attorney Bryan C. Hugo. He is handling such immediately and reaching out to the state attorney on the matter and will advise them of ongoing harassment which could cause problems for both of you.

 

See constant harassment is a big problem here! And, you can probably find out that for yourself. And, threats of further harm to me mean nothing! Check diversion or not! Your out of line and know it. Got the text messages that Eddie sent to Lois, who by the way is a wonderful lady, incriminating you and him with blackmail and vale threats! That information has already been sent in written documented form to Bryan C. Hugo for further action.

 

You should be ashamed of yourself for the continued harm you try and extort when matters do not go your way. Isnt that the way you want things? I sent you money when I could. And, that has to stand for something. Albeit, small, but noteworthy. So, if that isnt good enough too bad! If you need to reach Dad, try filing another false claim with Florida DCF and see what happens to you! Yes, that matter is closed too and investigators are looking into what they could do for abuse of the system, which by the way is already flooded with viable complaints.

Robert Ross finally smartened up and submitted his checks to the court for prosecution.

Bob has been trying to get me to also prosecute my checks but I just didn't want to go down that road,  I was hoping Jeffrey would do the right thing.

Jeff has a big problem with the check he wrote in Seminole County, he committed fraud.

Jeffs father Alan Hirschkorn has committed fraud as well.

Jeffrey and ALan Hirschkorn are on the hook for that check, it was written by Jeffrey.

When I submit my check, and the chargebacks to ATT and the 3 recent ones to Brighthouse, and the other proof I have, it will be the nail in Jeffrey's coffin.

Mr Ross was good enough to give me that nice ladies name in Seminole County.

She also said the state attorney would want to see my evidence concerning the chargebacks as well.

She made it very clear, Jeffrey and Alan Hirschkorn are no longer eligible to participate in the worthless check program. She says they know them both very well and Jeffrey calls her almost daily.

She says Jeffrey is  on the top of her list!

Robert Ross and myself expect to be paid or we will be relentless in ensuring Jeffrey Hirschkorn is punished to the full extent of the law even if it means Alan is charged.

FYI, Edgar Albamdoz and Jeffrey were seen together today about 1PM so Jeff is still telling LIES.

Jeffrey has stooped so low that he now has his employee named LOIS who is willing to LIE for Jeffrey.

She claimed Jeffrey was at his lawyers office and accidentally left his phone in the office, yet Jeffrey was sending me specific Text Msgs at the same time Lois was telling Bob that Jeff wasn't in the office.

We all know for a fact that Jeff was with Lois, Don't we Jeffrey?

We caught Jeffrey RED HANDED, Jeff can't handle getting caught, can he?

The Courthouse called Bob and told him exactly what went down.

The courthouse called, asked 3 different times for Lois to put Jeffrey on the phone and finally she put Jeffrey on the phone then Jeff gets chastised for not showing up in Court.

Jeff gets caught in another Lie and his employees are willing to tell lies for him.

Maybe its time to give Frank Roycraft a call and let him know where Edagr and Jeff are now keeping shop and selling packages.

Eddies Threat Mean Nothing; Cases Continued for Dismissal

 

Perhaps, Eddie Poirier doesnt understand the meaning of not my problem. That is right! Not my problem! When a company is insolvent, there is no money. I did volunteer to help him, but I cannot do much. That is what happens when you cannot afford to pay debts that I personally did not handle. And, Eddie is wrong about another issue: check diversion program. I am (and, will continue to be) eligible for the program. Any smoke he blows is just hot air. And, perhaps disgust of lost monies! I cannot control what he did.

 

And, by the way, Judge Collins in SeminoleCounty has continued my matter on the two MMR cases until May when a formal dismissal will be filed. Continuing on, Eddie Poirier continues to make threats and he knows that none of what he does will stick. I did no wrong to him personally. And, he cannot consider any other options because they will not act on something that I did not do. Perhaps, they will finally go after Matt McKinley for the damage he caused Eddie Poirier by pulling monies out of the business account that were earmarked for him. Or, what about the frivolous chargeback that Matt did through PayPal for a business expense that Eddie is entitled to!

 

So, go ahead and call who you want, I do not care. I know that I am right and will do so. And, the email you sent me earlier today about your cable bill was received and is being processed as we speak! What that means youll only see?

 

I have no more time to waste!

Jeffrey Hirschkorn jerked me and Robert Ross around all day Friday and then all day again on Monday.

Jeffrey told Bob he was walking into Western Union at 12:45 PM on Friday to send me a wire, he was supposed to send $400, he never sent it.

Jeffrey claims his paycheck was "worthless" he says his boss gave him a worthless check and could not pay us as he had no funds.

What is interesting about this is what Jeffrey told us, he said he would pay me at 1PM, and Bob Ross at about 6:30 PM. Why would someone go to a western union twice in 1 day to send out 2 separate payments to 2 different people?

I told Bob Ross it didnt make sense and that we were not going to get any money from Jeffrey , I told Bob Ross this at 10AM on Friday.

I also told Bob we were not being paid on Monday.

I also told Bob Ross that the payment Jeffrey made for my cable last week would not go through, and my reasoning was this; why would Jeffrey pay my cable on the 13th and offer to give me another $400 3 days later?

What I told Bob was this, " he's offering the other $400 because the cable bill payment will not go through"

I know Jeff better than Jeff knows himself.

Jeffrey is in some hot water with me now for another reason;

Let's take a walk down memory lane,

Jeffrey wrote me a worthless check for $5000 on Dec 12.

Jeffrey wrote me a replacement check for $5300 on Dec 23rd, that was worthless.

Jeffrey paid my Cable bill for $574, that payment was charged back in the beginning of April.

Jeffrey claims the bankruptcy judge did the chargeback, but Jeff said he would have it reversed immediately.

The Cable chargeback was never reversed so on April 13th, Jeffrey told me that he sent one of his employees to Brighthouse to pay my bill.

My bill was paid but not in person, "just a little white lie" it was paid on the phone with a checking account, NOT MINE! Why would Jeffrey lie about something so trivial?

On April 19th, Cable called and said the payment that Jeffrey Hirschkorn made did not go through.

So I called Jeffrey and he promised to pay Brighthouse.

He told me it was taken care of.

I callled back and said it was not taken care of.

He said it was paid and would be posted at midnite and it was not.

Memo to Jeffrey, DO NOT PAY MY BILLS, PAY ME CASH OR A WESTERN UNION.

So Jeffrey has now paid my cable bill 3 times with worthless checking account.

Jeffrey has paid my car payments from worthless checking accounts, he did this twice.

Jeffrey has paid for leads with credit cards that were reported stolen.

Jeffrey paid my ATT bill for $300, it was charged back.

Jeffrey paid me a $1300 Paypal Payment for leads, then allowed a $1300 chargeback.

So in closing, Jeffrey is still jerking Bob Ross and myself around.

Jeffrey owes me approx $5300 for the check.

$1300 for Paypal

$528 from Cable

$300 for ATT Bill

So the next time Jeffrey states he was nice enough to pay poor Eddie Poirier's bills, please note that he is only reimbursing me for the last SCREW JOB and these measily payments aren't even going against the amount Jeffrey actually owes.

If Jeffrey doesn't read anything else, read this;

Jeffrey Hirschkorn is no longer eligible for the worthless check program, per the program administrator.

That means that any worthless checks presented to the courts for prosecution will be prosecuted.

Mybe it is time for me to start making some phone calls up to Seminole County and see if I can get some people's attention.

How will they see the check written to me from Jeffrey's parent's account?

When I show them documents with the same account number for Peabody Research's Account and Alan and Iris Hirschkorn's bank account, I think the courts will see the clear INTENT to deceive and defraud me.

These chargebacks and unauthorized payments must me some type of a crime and maybe, just maybe I can actually get the Courts to do something.

These payments from Jeffrey are all tied directly to Jeffrey, and even though Jeffrey is attempting to deflect blame on his partners, Jeffrey was aware of the chargebacks and took no action. Jeffrey had the opened mail, all of the chargebacks  at his house addressed to Peabody Reese and Jeffrey did nothing.

Jeffrey had to be aware of the Peabody Reese activities, Jeffrey has access to all accounts, ALL OF THEM!

Robert Ross has someones ear at the state attorney's office, maybe Eddie Poirier will start making some noise.

I'm wondering how the courts will feel about all of my worthless checks, payments made by Jeffrey from accounts that are either invalid or are lacking funds.

I made it very clear to Jeffrey that I did not want to pile on, but if Jeffrey wants to continue to jerk me around, then so be it.

I wanted to be able to address the court and let them know that Jeffrey was trying to pay back his victims and the best way for Jeffrey to do that is if he be allowed to continue to work.

Unfortunately it looks like I could be a prosecution witness who will beg the judge to throw the maximum sentence at Jeffrey Hirschkorn.

Make no mistake about this, Robert Ross and Eddie Poirier will either help make these cases against Jeffrey go away forever, or we can make sure that Jeffrey goes away for ever.

Timing is not good for Jeffrey Hirschkorn especially with these upcoming cases.

If this were a game of chess, I would now tell Jeffrey, "it's you're move now"

$5300 makes me go away forever, time is running out.

How much time does Jeffrey really have left to make restitution?

See, if you understand the judicial process, service of court documents MUST be done in advance of the court hearing. That was not done. And, if you look at the docket, it clearly states that no proof of service was done in the matter. So, this case shall be returned to the calendar docket shortly. See ya in court! And, by the way, this case is against Peabody Vacations and NOT me personally. Get your facts straight yet again!

Yes I am paying on those judgements, unfair that they are.

I pay all my debts and such in a timely manner. With my
new job I will be able to pay them off even faster than
I did in the horrible past.

I blame part of my past problems on Leslie Sweet who convinced me to invest in Chinese baseball cards and such. I wish today that I had never bought those cards. It was to make me rich as well as famous. Now I am stuck with over 10,000 of these
cards printed on rice paper. I have proof that they are forgeries and can provide such proof to the authorities.

Even more troubles were caused by Thomas McIntee who convinced me to buy surplus ketchup and sell it to people in Kenya. How was I supposed to know that Kenya has big restrictions on the importation of ketchup. I think I was scammed by the ketchup supplier. I have documented proof and will provide such to the authorities.

I also have proof that my new job will go a long way in   paying off the debts I have been wrongfully accused of making. Even so I shall pay the debts off even tho
I didn't make them.

I do see the post of Eddie Poirier earlier today. And, yes, there have been some miscommunication. But, he did forget one vital thing: Bright House Cable. That is right. I sent a runner today to the local cable company to pay the outstanding bill to avert a shut-off of the cable at the family house in Apopka, Florida. To provide proof of such, I did speak with Eddie and gave him the confirmation number which is 974991. And, he did call to confirm the payment of $528.99.

 

Immediately after having the payment made, I did also notify a good friend in common: Robert L. Ross. I made him aware of such payment and he was quite happy to hear of that because of the struggles that Eddie has been dealing with over the past few months.

 

So, the post that you saw earlier today from Eddie is prior to him getting the good news. We spoke briefly for about 10 minutes tonight and cleared the air. We are working on something else too! And, contrary to popular demand, I am not on speaking terms with Edgar Albandoz. And, yes, there is proof from Ms. Sandy Greene, fraud department investigator at Bank of America, that his mom Wanda Fernandez (and, one other teller from the Union Park, Florida branch) was terminated upon notification of unauthorized transfers.

 

Furthermore, Eddie, we will get through this time. The worst is over, you can bet on that! I will meet with you sometime on Wednesday with that special package weve discussed! Yes, dad was in for a brief procedure. It was in the cat lab and he is doing fine and back to work!

Jeffrey Hirschkorn paid a cable bill for me and also paid 2 months in advannce for me back on Dec 31st. He did this for me because he bounced a check the week before and he knew my bank account was negative due to his actions.

I demanded that Jeff help me pay my bills, and I wish I hadn't now.

He paid $574, but 2 weeks ago Brighthouse said the payment was charged back.

Jeffrey claims it was done by the Bankruptcy Judge and assured me it would be reversed in 3 days. It was not and my cable was shut off last week.

Does Jeffrey care, no he does not.

Now I don't care what happens to Jeff.

Jeffrey also paid my ATT Cell phone bill on Jan 8th. The bill was for only $112, but Jeffrey was nice enough to pay $300, with a STOLEN CREDIT CARD that was charged back in February.

Jeffrey paid for leads and used a credit card that was reported stolen, costing me another $250.

Jeffrey also bought leads from me in early December and paid me with the Business Debit Card thru PAYPAL , but never told me he used a card with the name PEABODY REESE on it.

Peabody Reese is the company Debit Card that Matt McKinley was issued according to Jeffrey but we found many receipts signed by Matt on the Peabody Reese Card.

So Jeffrey was in on all of that too.

This is ORGANIZED FRAUD.

Another  chargeback was done by Peabody Reese and $1300 was taken out of my Paypal Account and Jeffrey blames it all on Matt.

Jeffrey would like people to believe that it is Matt and Edgar who are responsible but Jeffrey claimed at 1st when I asked him about Peabody Reese, he claimed Peabody Reese was a homeless person.

Then Jeff changed the story and said Peabody Reese was Matt, but Peabody Reese had opened mail at Jeffrey's house in Altamonte, and that evidence proves Jeffrey was very much involved and aware of the dozens of ILLEGAL CHARGEBACKS.

If Jeffrey was not involved, he would have called Chase the day he got back the 1st chargeback but he did nothing, yet he had dozens of opened chargeback letters in his home.

Also found at Jeffrey's old house were dozens of Toll Violations of all 3 cars driven by Peabody Partners. Jeffrey is the KINGPIN here, he is the leader of this group and Jeffrey calls all the shots.

Also, a msg to Robert Ross, Jeffrey Hirschkorn told me he is the person who placed ads in Craigs List for your rental property and he also listed your phone number in NJ for massages, and the ad said, mention Lucy. Lucy is Bob Ross's wife.

So Bob, how do you feel about that?

I work for Chase Bank, formerly WaMu, and can provide documented proof that the forged check endorsement was done either by Edgar Albandoz or Matt McKinley. Jeffrey, at no time, was a signer on those accounts. He structured that way because of his busy schedule and did delegate the responsibility of overseeing the FOUR accounts Peabody Research had with Chase Bank.

So, before someone passes judgment, have the facts straight! It really helps with the actual mess! And, by the way, Jeffrey did do the right thing! The simple truth is jeffrey has called me again today , He claims they will send me  significant money this week to help curb Collectors on my Door,

I just realized that what Just Interested has been writting and such is pretty much true and I apologize for my rude responses. Just Interested seems to have an understanding nature and has been tolerant of my rude responses.

I have been rude because I sting from the correctness of what Just Interested has written and such. I also feel that my rudeness is caused by the actions of Edgar Albandoz and the terrible things he has done to me!

I also blame my rudeness on the Chase Bank and Bank of
America for not honoring my checks. I also think that Ronald McDonald has stolen my airconditioner
causing me grievous discomfort and aggravating my rudeness.

I offer the olive branch of peace to Just Interested and offer him a nice, all expense paid Florida vaction for two including airfare and all the amenities.

According to the Altamonte Police, Jeffrey Hirschkorn is their only suspect.

According  Seminole Sheriffs Office all charges filed against Jeffrey Hirschkorn are still active and are being prosecuted, no charges have been dropped.

No one has been fired from Bank of America, not Edgars Mom, NO ONE!

As a matter of fact, Seminole is getting ready to file additional charges against Jeffrey for a new THEFT.

The state wants to know where Alan Hirschkorn is as he has not been seen in over a week. The state also wants to hear from current neighbors and co-workers of Alan and Jeffrey Hirschkorn.

Here are the facts; the Fl Dept of Children and Family Services case against Jeffrey is still an active case and that case HAS NOT BEEN CLOSED, so don't beleve this WIND BAG.

Also, the fraud case involving Jeffrey and Alan Hirschkorn receiving food stamps is currently being investigated by the FRAUD DEPT.

We have also found out that Brighthouse is also investigating Jeffrey and Alan Hirschkorn for unauthorized credit card charges and identity theft involving payments made to Brighthouse at the dozens of addresses they have lived at in the past 3 years.

The latest investigation involves Jeffrey Horschkorn making payments to his own account from an unauthorized account, AKA STOLEN CREDIT CARD.

George Cooper, Jeff Hirschkorn's dead Grandfather has also made unauthorized payments to Jeffrey's Birghthouse Account, how can this be?

Why would a DEAD man make payments to a cable bill?

He can't because he is DEAD!

So, Brian finally admitted something on FB last night that I just saw. Sorry, for the delay, but went to sleep around 10PM. Got lots to do today; meetings and key appointments. Sadly, Yankees lost the first game of the season. The game was fun and filled with excitement. Sorry, for what my ex-partners did! They did some shady things that they will pay for. I am certain for that. I have turned over what could be very damaging to each of them mother of ex-partner fired for illegal and unauthorized transfers out of business account; other ex-partner forges an endorsement on a check that had nothing to do with the company. In each, the affidavits filed do support charges against each. My attorneys are coordinating such efforts.

Yes, you are correct that things got out of hand with your parents home in Altamonte Springs. Do I regret what happened? Yes, without a doubt. Things were more than I can chew. I was overwhelmed by all of the work and it caused complications. Your dad deserved a better fate. I am trying my best to help correct the wrong. Now, with regard to Eddie, which is a debt also tied to my business, he did receive a payment of $200. That was done on Friday. It may be small, but it shows good faith toward settling the matters at hand. Again, his suffering was indirectly caused by me! My ex-partners, unknown to me, went ahead and withdrew monies from the Chase account and moved it to a Wachovia account. So, hell be dealt with. I am sure of that.

 

I want to work with your Dad, but finances are real tight! I mean real tight! Do I manage to pay my bills? Yes. Without a doubt! What I cannot tolerate is gross misuse of government? Your Dad called Florida DCF and accused me of elder abuse. Do you know how stupid that looked? They called and interviewed me. They also interviewed other people including Eddie. They met with Dad and closed the case. How can someone file a complaint without any direct knowledge of our life? It is just amazing. The case has been referred back to DCF and the legal advocate to figure out what they can do for the waste of resources.

 

If your Dad wants to receive any monies toward the bill owed, which by the way can be included in the bankruptcy because he willfully accepted funds from the company! He received a check for $1,250 plus two wires totaling just about $500. That is true! He will find out that does hold true!

 

Back to what happened at the house. The repairs were strangling me. The work needed was immense. Your Dad can attest to that. Perhaps, the biggest problem at hand was the lack of work actually done by Warner-Quinlan. That is right! They took advantage of your Dad because he is an out-of-state property owner. Still, that is no reason for sucking money out of his pocket and doing nothing to enhance the home.

 

Brian, only if you saw the house when I first came there. Your heart would drop to the floor. Landscape was a mess. Grass was about 5 feet high in the front of the home. In the back, the grass was over my height. That is for certain. Got the grass cleaned up. I paid for that! We even changed the locks to protect against anyone trying to come onto the property.

 

Various plumbing problems needed corrective action in the kitchen and both bathrooms. With reference to the A/C problem, your Dad knows what took place with Capitol Preferred, his property insurance company. The first adjuster on the case was Cindy Gray. She went over the claim and agreed to authorize full return of any monies advanced to Rinaldi A/C. Why the hell else would I write a check for the monies, which by the way, was post-dated for one week out from the actual install. It gave enough time for Capitol Preferred to get the monies into my account. Well, that didnt happen and it caused major problems and a variety of complications for me and your Dad! He should get some results, if mediation he filed is successful. How can an insurance company justify paying out $900 after the deductible is paid? I am still puzzled!

 

I do ask that your Dad stop causing or trying to ruffle feathers as my attorneys are very close to getting all cases dismissed. Doesnt he realize that no one really listens to his letters? He rambles without cohesive merit. He continues to post the same items on this forum. I understand his anger. He has every right to being angry. He was wronged. That was not my intention. I hope he recoups. I will try and send him what I can. The debt will be discharged in the bankruptcy.

Bob Ross is a good man, an honest man and he deserves better he really cares about all of the victims including myself and my family.

I certainly deserved better, and so does everyone else who may have lost money.

Hopefully Jeffrey Hirschkorn will do everything possible to make it all right for all of us.

Here he goes again, blaming someone else for his mistakes, ALWAYS someone else, NEVER him!!!

Jeff has alot of awnsers for most everytihng, but he don't know when to shut his mouth!!! MOST if not ALL the things that I bring up, or ask he has no awnser for. Now his excuse might be that he has no dealings with me and this is not my business, However that is incorrect because wth my family and FRIENDS you screw one you screwed us all!! Besides I am the one that hooked Jeff and my Father up with the house, so I feel somewhat responsible. It was OK for him to deal with me on the rental, call me with status updates on the repairs and such, well after all that weve been through, I think I deserve awnsers and explanations.

I think the only reason he dosen't awnser me is because he knows he is guilty, Actully I know that because it is a fact.....WATCH (look for the awnsers, not the bobing and weving!!):

Jeff, when my Dad was in Fl in January and you sent the checks to NJ, I went to the bank with them and was informed they were no good I called Dad and told him he should get cash from yuo and your response was " I don't know why, let me get back to you". A few hours later, you called and said your lawyer wired money into the mortgage account somewhere to the tune of $2400.00. I didn't believe you and asked for your lawyers number, at which point you stuttered uncontrolably and got very defensive. BUT SWORE that your lawyer did this from your escrow account. NOW to my SURPRISE, this was done (don't know how you managed this with out the loan info(thats why we had to put security measures into place)). BUT!!!!!! Low and behold less than a week later, the transaction was reversed due to an UNAUTHORIZED transfer of funds. WHY AND HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?????

if Peabody Rese was not you, Then why would there be an Inquery/dispute at PayPal sent to Peabody Rese at your RESIDENCE (using the term lightly)443 Northwestern avenue. Dosen't add up if it was Matt....Now does it????

Don't let Jeff fool you, He is not extending an Olive branch, he is just using his stall tactics like usual, only NOW people are on to him, it don't work as well when people know his game.

As far as the management company before Jeff, THEY didn't try to make repairs. That is just another one of Jeffs lies. The deal with them was similar to Jeffs....The tenant was suppose to make a few MINOR repairs in lieu of the security deposit. Now the management company did not follow through and did not do periodic inspections because if they did then it wouldn't have been such a surprise that when the tenant vacated the property early the repairs were not done and a little more damage was done. (nothing terible, house was livable). So with this, we didn't want to get burned again, so we get rid of the Management company and wait to find a tenant or make the repairs on our own.

Along comes Jeff and agrees to do the repairs in lieu of the security deposit and whatever rent it takes to complete the repairs. What a mistake that deal was, would of been cheeper to leave the place EMPTY.So now there are leins on the property - WHY? because Jeff bounced the checks all over town like the NBA bounces basketballs.!!!!!!

Now again, he can blame his partners, he can blame whoever he wants but MOST if not all of those checks (relating to the house) he bounced were from his or his Fathers account OR - From another mistake: John Wilson JHS 211 Alumni association. If we knew then what we know now, do you think we would of put him in charge of any thing except maybe TOILET DUTY??????

Robert Ross: Open Letter

Perhaps, you didnt read the extensive posting that I put up the other day regarding the status of Ms. Wanda Fernandez, mother of ex-partner Edgar Albandoz. She was terminated on Thursday for fraudulently moving monies out of the business account and into that of her son. Hey, all in all, the bank took swift action after being notified by various parties about the trail of missing monies.

So, now her son is trying to be very persuasive about the entire situation and has been trying to coerce me into filing an affidavit that will prevent Bank of America from pursuing criminal charges of bank fraud against her. There is no way that I can do that because she did wrong and everyone involved knows it. It truly hurts to see that happen. Plus, a total of three other employees were fired as a result of this mess. Glad to see something positive occur. After all, everyone thinks that Im such a bad person.

At this point, Bank of America is evaluating what damages are to be paid to now defunct Peabody Research Corporation. When that occurs, I will report such herein. Matt McKinley, on the other hand, is trying to lay low, but that wont work because he is on the hook too. Fraudulent endorsement of a check recd at our old offices that he cashed at Chase Bank and subsequently withdrew the money.

Peabody Rese was nothing to do with me. You can check with Chase Security and theyll confirm that I had no knowledge of such. In fact, I am imploring Eddie Poirier to proceed with this matter in a timely fashion. What happened from my understanding? Simply put: All monies used on the Chase Debit Card were charged back at Matts request and then he had those monies sent into another account under the Peabody Rese name. It is wrong! He needs to be dealt with!

FYI: Yes, there is a court date on April 21 before Circuit Judge Debra Nelson. But, dont fret my appearance is waived by Bryan C. Hugo. And, by the way, his Motion to Withdraw is being rescinded as it was sent into the court by error. That is what his wife told me on Friday. Not much went on yesterday because the court system was closed for Good Friday.

I am only too happy to cooperate with regulators on the behavior and activities conducted by my ex-partners. Not the least of my surprise was found on Friday when I was going through some of the office property. One item I found was so damaging that I cannot mention it on this site at this point. I will in due time. But, I can say that in Florida it is illegal. If it was California or Nevada not the case! Get my drift! How about an apple without the core?

 

Now, to address your frivolous complaint with Florida DCF! The complaint has been dismissed and the case has been closed with no further action. And, by the way, nice way to do it! When you filed the complaint you gave them my OLD cell phone number. Yes, I know! I got the call one-day before the service was disconnected. I am better off now with a private number. Less aggravation!

If you think it was nice having them visit at his place of employment, then youre sadly mistaking! But, dont worry. It made him look real superior to all of his managers! He has already contacted the Florida DCFs legal advocate to find out what happens to someone who makes a false complaint. More on this to come on Monday!  Continuing onward: I am so happy that he got to meet the investigator because he did get some good friends to maintain down the road! Nancy Johnson cannot be there forever! But, she is a nice woman with a kind heart!

Getting back to my legal woes, this will be going away with positive results on my behalf! Just brought in to finish up the legal mess: Kendall L. Horween, who by the way has represented me in both civil and criminal matters before. And, in each case, I win because it is proven that I did nothing intentionally wrong. In this case, I will cooperate fully with investigators as they try to nail the fraud committed by my ex-partners.

Hey, you know why I issued the first check to Rinaldi A/C? Cindy Gray, the first adjusted guaranteed payment to us. So, I wrote the check for the install. Then, that plan went out the window and the whole landscape changed. Alas, all of the problems came about.

Just to sum up: Kendall L. Horween is finishing the OrangeCounty and small matter in SeminoleCounty while Bryan C. Hugo is finishing the top case in SeminoleCounty. Ive been so busy sending and writeing and , posting ,working , copying " that the last post I wrote , didnt even make sense, not even to me ! and I wrote it ( LOL ) I was running Late and didnt realize it till it was too late I was tired , so . I Will re write ./post( to help anyone understand the truth of it all , this whole thing from my end . The Truth )

 The short version , of it is ( there is no short version)  :

Jeffrey Hirschkorn / Alan L Hirschkorn Rented My Residence in Florida , Made an agreement , signed a lease ,

( JEFFREY R HIRSCHKORN And ALAN L HIRSCHKORN ) no company name no businesses at all no extra people !!! Residential only... (all in the original lease) not a rewritten one that jeff may try to pawn off )

Jeffrey/Alan found my property through a mutual group of past schoolmates from John Wilson jhs of which my son was associated , and a reunion was being arranged thru and by past alumni around that same period of time .....

From the 1st day , Jeff / Alan spoke to me they had lied to me ! , They said Jeff worked as a Bail bondsman !   Rent would be paid on time , Said, They would take care of the repairs needed and that we would deduct any cost paid by them, off the money owed me from the deposit and monthly rental.( all ended up lies )

Made everything sound like it was going well all along , With the house , 

They led me to beleive Jeff was an understudy of law, and would be able to take a case to court for the unprofessional way the prior management left the house and done business , ( Also both Lies )(unknown to me at time)(on tape of channel 6)www.wkmg.com. 

I Had no reason to disbelieve Jeff or His Dad Alan as They Both spoke with me and we were all in agreement (at that time !!!!) (No exposed lies yet)

The Bills were adding up on the repairs , and the months were going by , most reciepts were not received by me yet , But were claimed to be sent to me,

Then,  I did receive some copys of recipts of work suposed to have been done , "ALL WAS WEll " Jeff/Alan Had sent No $ cash to me at All through our agreement ( all claimed money for repairs were taken off rent /Deposit) $0.000 sent...

From June 09 - Sept 09 ( $0 ) Then I get a call sept 9/10/09 --- "Its Jeffrey"  He states that vandal broke fan assembly of property A/C old unit recently serviced ( He did call police ) A report was made by jeff to ,Seminole PO John Harper,he took report

We Agreed to have A/C old unit repaired ( aprox $500.00 ) and agreed to also Deduct cost off rent ,( not reported to Inc co.) cost way under deductable! 

  On 9/21/09 - I receive another call ( Its Jeffrey ) And Jeffrey tells me " It Happened again " Another criminal came riped off the A/C ( the one just repaired old unit )

 ( Son Of A B**ch ) "Again" I said !! what is going on there !!! Well Jeffrey/Alan had also told me that a suspect was caught by him on the property this time , and police were called again , a report was made also again ,suspect arrested , in cuffs  !!!!!!

Well I was Glad that Bat Man Jeff caught a theif, and had a bad guy put in Jail , Police report was claimed to be made on that same date with a suspect caught (9/21/09) so Jeffrey/Alan told me , I did call my Insurance company this time to make a claim ! 

  Jeffrey and Alan , started to Show their, tru colors,(my 1st suspisions) There are a few Things that were going on at the same time (I will try to write for everyones understanding )

This Same day (9/21/09) (this) 2nd insodent - A/C unit the one suposed to have been (just repaired old unit )from last weeks vandal 9/10/09) - Was actually replaced with Brand new one ( Complete Air A/C co.) ( never repaired old one ) (unknown to me at this time, new A/C was put in )(see below) , and on (9/21/09) new A/C unit Rinaldi was put in , (unit fully inner / outter unit - Thermostat ,vents , fans ( Whole unit  - in and out )$7,225.00

I was very suprised at the cost , and at the fact the whole unit inner and outer was necessary to replace ,( jeff said to me and ins ADJ#2 broken door / glass to inside was present)(Proof never presented by Jeff .) 

also other factors as well surfaced , like the size , or sear of unit - But Jeff/Alan still acted without notifying me first / only after installation . did these factors include me.

But ins co. Ajuster#1 told Me and Jeffrey/Alan , it was likely to be approved after the reports and necessary paperwork were sent in ,(now Jeffrey sent in the paperwork , to ADJ#1 - and I was told it was being processed at that time by ADJ#1 as well , so all being done at that point , nothing more (wait) for claim , to pay A/C company rinaldi ......

I requested From Jeffrey Police reports from both periods , all paperwork from New air conditioner , warrentees , and all was to be sent ASAP , along with rest of reciepts not yet sent to me, from any repairs done on or in home supposed to be paid by jeff and Alan .To Balance out expences and owed $0.00 rent owed ..to this point $0 paid .9/21 -9/29/09

Well needless to say Only some of the documents were sent , Missing was the police report with a suspect noted , sent  only the original police report  -9/10/09 with some receipts

I Was on the phone daily / E-mails etc To Jeff/Alan to comply and send Police report with suspect noted ( Very Important ) ,, as I could not get Info over phone from police ,  Well 10/14/09 comes around ,

 I get a call from A/C co. Rinaldi A/C - They want there money for work done - I call the ins.co ask to speak to ADJ#1

to only find out that ADJ#1 Left company 10/13/09  and ADJ#2 now is handling claim ,      OK - I ask for ADJ#2 to speak with -

 I was already speaking to him unknowingly and after introductions,

I Inquired about claim , He Said He had already answered questions in similar to me ealier , ????????????/

by someone attempting to Impersonate me obviously , according to ADJ#2

I explained that this was our first conversation , and I did not call before now , He was certain he spoke to me , I had explained that maybe the tenant Alan or Jeffrey called him and Maybe was confused ,

 He said That the claim was ready , but because of this call , and the dought he had now from similar questions asked , that he thought something funny was up !!!!!, He would Investigate his confusion , and hold off just now on sending claim.... 

And I thought that as OK ,  as long as I can relay this to A/C company , concerned for their payment , this would get straight shortly ,  So After that Conversation I called Jeffrey / Alan to ask , If they had called The Ins.co ?  they Did ! and spoke to ADJ#2  (his excuse for impersonating me , was to avoid any confusion to the ins company and  help expedite payment ! )LOL - Just the opposite occured. 

Well I ripped into him about never do that again etc , and if any contact is made to any one to or from anyone about me or my business with regard to my residence he should contact me Imeadiatly about it first.! ( that did no good Obviously , Knowing what I know today!!!)

But  They never thought to call me and let me know at all ? , so The conversation to Jeffrey/Alan with the ADJ#2 was  " that the check was being sent by new ADJ#2 asap

(so he thought ! ) and

ADJ#2 (apon my call later that day) told me of more investigating ? I felt no need to tell jeff/Alan But did call A/C Rinaldi to inform them. 

Question : Who would write a check from a (closed) account to an A/C co. for an amount they dont have in that account , for a landlord or anyone , that is awaiting the claim to be sent ?     And more important  WHY ?

And to send such a check , just after a call made by Jeff ( Impersonateing me ) and the ins co. ADJ#2 stateing to him  that the $ will be sent out shortly ? Why Write that check Jeff ???

 ( I think I know why and I am Glad that didnt Happen !!!!!! as well )

Well Jeffrey/Alan wanted me, as soon as I received the claim check , to reimburse Them for the payment ,They claimed they sent in the form of(bad check)to A/C Rinaldi $7,225.00 ---

 But I had not received a claim payment , due to the delay of investigation ,by 

  ADJ#2 ( as he told me 10/14/09 ) 

So Jeffrey/Alan asked me to send some money to cover his payroll $ he had claimed to have used , to Pay for recent repairs , and the sent money(bad check) for the rinaldi a/c -replacement.

I Did not , Would not do that - But I did receive a call from The A/C rinaldi company stateing they received a worthless check sent to them by Jeffrey/Alan .......

This would not be the last worthless check payment Jeffrey/Alan sent to The A/C rinaldi co. to attempt to have me reimburse them ,  (All those attempts failed though) Now although this was all suspect to me , I attempted to tell Jeff /Alan it was appreciated they wanted to pay

but That its very stupid to keep sending checks , to A/C Rinaldi or any payments when funds to cover are not in there accounts already ( Did`nt stop them anyway ),

They sent $7225(wothhless)$2000(worthless) tried a GE credit( Failed ) $1500 credit card amex ex (it was returned unauthorized use to rinaldi) This whole time the Ins.co still investigating and the A/c company getting very angry. With Jeffrey/Alan 

So Finally I called the A/C rinaldi co. and said do not accept any more payments from Jeff / Alan !!!!!!!  If Ins co. had more delay I would send what I can Till claim comes in.

That amount I sent would end up to be $5,225.00 , so removal of instalation of rinaldi A/C would not occur .!!! Jeff/Alan were in agreement to send 1/2 till claim came in . (I never got it) lots of excuses though , and still no suspect police report sent to me .... 

I would call Insurance co. to get infomation on the hold up !  and I also called the A/C company that received a questioneir back from Amex. asking , where that credit card came from that Jeff used , Copy was  sent to me  ? and they needed to respond  to inform amer. express - they were not using ficticous or stolen cards

 I Told Jeffrey to split the money I sent to Rinaldi with me and I would replace it when claim comes back to me , Due to the fact the suspect police report had not been sent yet to me or to Ins co .ADJ#2 I felt that was fair, and The question was constantly asked ,There was a suspect right where is the report ?, ( jeffrey even put he caught suspect on FaceBook (9/21/09) where he received responces as well ) Praising his efforts .!!!!!!!(lol)

Also The insurance co. found another air conditioner company , that had a claim from a bad worthless check , given them From Jeff / Alan for New A/C install ( Complete Air A/C co ) with my home address installed from 9/10/09 insodent (Installed) in my home,  I Was not only confused but couldnt beleive any of this ...!! And If you are following along           >>>>>>>>  >>>>>>> this after my own payment of $5225.00.  

This new unit( current air A/C ) on 9/21/09 was Reposesed ( by that same Complete A/C co .) due to a worthless check given them from Jeffrey / Alan ) for that new install >>>>>> done without my authorization or my authority or knoledge at that time

(I thought it was repaired older unit that was stolen 9/21/09) Jeffrey/Alan Made False Police Report They knew it was reposesed , Jeffrey was there when they did it . Tryed to deny who he was to the contractor with complete air, but they Knew Him .....and who he was ...LOL)

I only found out the truth after giving $5225. of my own money to A/C company Rinaldi , and after the Insurance co , denied the claim , due to this mess , and Jeff / Alan found 1000 excuses not to ever get Police report to me or to insurance co ADJ#2 who also had asked jeff a # of times...

Now all this BS I still had no solid Proof of suspect caught , told Jeffrey /Alan to split cost to replace 1/2 the money, I sent to Rinaldi till claim is sent me for New A/C in and out unit and investigation is complete,Thought that was fair and just . 

 Ins Co ADJ#2 advises me after I pay 12/15/09 the claim will not be paid on the Rinaldi new unit , only payment from Prior unit found installed from ( Complete Air , reposesed unit)would be concidered at that cost $1,970.00 less the deductable($1000.00)= $970.00 check to me ( Crazy )  -

I was fuming and remember All simultaniously ( before Christmas )

           Here is a Summery to this point in post:

No deposit /no Rent , (7/09 ) thru (12/09)

Deduct repairs at Jeffreys / claimed cost , receipts total aprox $7,000 to date:

2 new A/C units , (one unknown to me, Complete air A/C)

 Problem getting Suspect report , I spent $5225. Borrowed money to send to A/C co Rinaldi before X-mas

And We were at the end of Dec 09 , I Had suspictions but no proof at this time , But was gonna get it ,>  I had no choice but to file complaint against My Ins.co ,with state of Florida fin service dept, (Mediation was arranged at later date).

Now it being Late Dec o9 and armed only with suspisions and Thoughts of scam ,

My Previous posts on Face book / e-mails were private message to Jeff/ Alan ,

I started to call and Jeff/Alan and they were always busy, Phone numbers Changed ,

So I went public on Face Book , sent E-mails , and calls all day, till I got a response telling them that as of Dec 09 there is now balance owed after all repairs were deducted from rent / rental deposit

Said not to be late for Jan 2010 rent ( Also said Dec bal could be sent with Jan Rent ) due no later Jan 1st ,Ok was said by them and we all agreed. 

Well JAN 1st, no money - called and spoke to Jeff/Alan Gave them to Jan 8th with no late fee , to pay !  well 8th , 9,10,

Late fee added , I called them said this is not good , They still didnt send money for 1/2 the rinaldi A/C ( this only till mediation / claim was ironed out then would be replaced money to them) But still no police report was sent to me ,

( of course at this point I knew , but had no Proof yet ) so I just kept asking and still the suspect question was asked , he was caught right !!!asked to Jeffrey / Alan 1000 times..LOL ( But I knew) Just had to see in person Police !!!

Early Jan I told jeff of my plans to arive to settle all questions I had , get copys of keys , take picts of repairs and house , and Meet In person Him (JEff) and His Dad (Alan) and go to altamonte police dept. 

Didnt give a specific date , just a rough Idea / aprox , During Martin Luthur King weekend Holiday ( thats was a double pay day for me at my job if I work , to add more financial injury to me ) , So Before I leave to FL , I Get a phone call from Jeffrey telling me He "Hit the lottery" for FL Fantasy 5 for $61,000( LOL ) 

But I at this point , Not only dont I beleive them , I dont want Them to get any furthur in dept with me ,"and  I didnt even know the worst yet"  , And I Tell him I am Happy for him hitting , When I get there ,  it should not be a Problem for them to Pay me , and That I was comming anyway to collect ....and take picts anyway ( Knowing That it was A lie No lottery winner) ....

I thought at worst my Losses were 1/2 The money for the A/C $3,500.00 and Dec rent Bal and Jan Rent is owed , (just thought in case I had to evict them ) so anyway I arrive Late Jan 18th , 1st stop Altamonte spgs PD. ask to speak to oFFicer J.Harper( reporting officer for both police reports ) I know he works late shift by now,

 Very Fruitful conversation upon our first encounter in person, all be it not what I wanted to hear from him ( I knew deep down already), But Now armed with Lies from the past Jeffrey/Alan Have told me ....

1)No Suspect ever caught .

2)John Harper is not friends with Jeff , (this Delay worked towards one of jeffs past excuses)

3) Jeff not Bail Bondsman

4) He Had another Police report on Jeff from dispute for (Bad worthless check) , from 1st A/C install (complete air A/C co)(9/10/09)at My address listed .

Jeffrey Had nothing to say when I confronted ,him on all these Lies, along with

Lie #5  a lottery winner.(LOL) no answer ( silent and stupid look ) So at this time  , I warned him and ,Told him he had 2 options , Upon my return from : 

Sanford court house , where I was going to retreive Eviction package, 1)- He could get  out or   2)- Pay me-......

He attempted to hand me Bad worthless checks which angered me , (I had retrevied ck account info by Phone) , and now faced with his past lies I demanded a good payment ,

He gave me a (peabody check) Bank of america which was good ( Finally ) and 

Jeff Informed me also of a Bankwire , He sent my mtg co. in my absence :: From his bank directly to my mortgage co. So He Told me... 

 Now I was Kinda Happy to here that , But very annoyed that He did this without my knoledge or authority , And I let him know that that I was upset

(But I Did call to verify on Jan 21 2010 said bankwire was sent and received from J.P.morgan chase bank to my mtge co. confirmation # matched the one he wrote, and $2,431.80 was sent as Jeff said to the mtge.co.

I still do not know anything more than that which only concerns me ( this point in time), But before I leave I am Introduced to his Business people  Matt ,Edgar and I take pictures of office , some employees , his office areas ,  the conditions of my home in and out , the new a/c and a few more Picts. 

I also Told Jeffrey as I left FL.,

Maybe We can move toward the future with fresh start , but this can no longer happen with the lateness of rent... I also explained to him the cost of this unecessary visit along with the loss of my income I endured from my Job absence with Penalty from them , would be added to the money he owed me ....( as states in Lease agreement)

Upon my arival Home NJ - I , E-mailed Jeffrey alot of what we spoke about in person , but kept up with the bankwire he sent out , with online banking, which would have gone towards some of the A/C payment, He owed me as well,

and in the process of Day 1.2.3.4 all was good  *****But the mortgage co. On Day 5, The payment was reversed , 1/25/10 and, I flipped out- I got on e-mail , face book , phone calls etc -

I warned Jeff He Needed To make good on the money or eviction will be eminent and the process was begining Now!!!! , But something funny Began Also !!!!

 when I got on my computor , I found a number of people messageing me that I didnt know , So as i began 1 by one addresing them and found a common Individual was being asked about in all ..... ?????????? Now!!! Whos Still reading ?      Who Needs To Know ?

Remember,  I Know this is a Lengthly post , But it is the whole story Truth be told ... and Here is : as I said in another post .

this is Where I find out , That They (Jeffrey / Alan) are No Good and the past deeds They have done has Hurt others Deliberatly, wilfully and with intent with no reguard to others finances , familys , or circumstances , there equal opportunity scamers no warning provided to victims ,

And no matter how nice or professional the victims were or have been , no matter how accomodating or understanding,They Screwed them all Anyway and Kept digging it in , The More they complained the more arrogent they got against their victims.

Jillian - Auto comp ,Computor business  ,contacted me I was able to provide the proof in picture form to her , of Jeffrey R Hirschkorn , receipt of said denial of computors Him and computors standing together ( copy of worthless / claimed stolen dishonored check/) copy supplied to me by Her later. 

Linda poirier, contacted me later Only to find it was Edmond poirier contacted me , who was given two worthless checks and a retraction of some paypal payments to which He was serverly and financially injured along with his Family.over $10,500.00 From A peabody rese ( who somehow Lived at My home address some how with Jeff and alan according to the address label ) LOL

More :::- Brenda, Clearfield Pa , spoke of a vacation package that really got messed up deliberatly was her vacation plans to florida ( and her family plans as well ) along with financial and other burdens and unecessarily inflicted thru Jeffrey, no matter how many polite attempts she made to get Jeff to tell her the truth and fix problem never happened to date ( Very Nice lady and very Smart as well )

Employees , Busnesses , other places of residential concerns ,( see also www.wkmg.com)  and then Ripoffreport.com was introduced to me , to check out and review , to many victims for me to list . Names , numbers , addresses and all there concerns , even some ( very few ) that were handled taken care of, although not to the satisfaction of some. (None the less handled) but left them a  very sour taste for Jeff and His business of vacations , "They somehow all found Me" .....  

Now we are only at End of Jan 2010 I am swamped with everyone who has gathered and we all , Have One thing in common ,  Jeffrey, Money , Lies ,we are all victims with Proof , and some of the stories I heard were very heart wrenching for me to hear and to not make some effort to get to the bottom of , That would have been criminal alone not to help ..      All This.. Even as My own situation not being a good one with Jeffrey and Alan.and the loss I took to this point was really Hurting . 

 I still Havent found out( at this point in time yet )  That He didnt Pay any repairs at all at my Home ,  (its coming) 

(Well He did Pay!!!!!) But He Paid with worthless check , Stolen credit cards , fraudlent banking / empty checking accounts  , and in the course of that , Leins were put on my home , from those non payed bills / worthless checks -etc . 

mean while Jeffrey / Alan had within this whole time , paid a total to me ($1,250 ) From June`2009 - to Then Feb `2010 That I had to travel to FL. to get , I was furious angry and wanted him out of my House , and  I was gonna do it my self if I had the chance, 

In the meanwhile I was sent copys of Bad worthless checks from others and sent copys of worthless checks and acount #s to them , so as to compare with those who needed any proof for their recovery of there losses and Claims.

I tried to Help as many as I could , Got in touch with the 211 John wilson students with the Help of Brian , My son , and a big help were also

charlene and Justice EL, who continue to help . 

Well Prior to My next visit to florida as Jeff and I conversed by Phone a number of times I was monitoring this web site ( Ripoffreport.com ) with only a few people aware of that fact ,

and I found out that " Jeffrey" was once again Impersonating me as he did with the Insurance co. - and claiming he was now the landlord ( as Managingagent1 )and wrote some real disturbing things under the claim he was the Landlord ( ME )

Again with no regard to the Injury he was causing or might cause to me or my Family and with no reguard for the danger he may put me or  / my family in, with certainty and Inent to comit fraud on and off this website past and present , and did so a number of times with no reguard each time breaking state of florida laws against , people , employees, landlords ,business associates and in a variety of areas ,countys and states ...

Come Mid Feb and now hes gonna get it when I get there !!!!! ,

 But opps , Upon my arival , this time I have someone to meet , Eddie Poirier , and at this time I did see first hand the devistating affect of someone who was brutally beat down under the feet of a monster Like Jeffrey ,

But after that I went to the House to meet up with Jeffrey/Alan and found that They Abandoned The residence , Left a mess to clean up

Junk in the yard ( picts ) Junk , bags garbage left in house( Picts ) and Ed poirier was there with me ( Stink of dog Pee very bad oder ) and food left in refrigerator , also Bad Smell (green mold Ice cream etc. ) House was left unsecured and all messed up,Garage had all kind of junk in it ,

 Even after all the work that had been done to house , No respect for that either, they left things as though I did something wrong to them , They Once again moved on to leave someone to clean there mess.( NO Class at all ) either of them ....

I couldnt Beleive it ! I couldnt do anything there at this time.

So I went to the police and made my discovery report with none other than APO John Harper and He had told me ,  He had passed my property previously a few days earlier noticed the vacancy , while on routine neighborhood watch passing,

And I Thanked him for that ...we put it in the report , also Further Investigateing I found that , at an even earlier date,  the house was abandoned , Im talking Feb 9th 2010 , 

 He Never said any thing that I would have expected for him to Abandon My House ,and leave it in that condition ,( He spoke ill of past management co. ) Well I didnt see it then but I seen the way he left it , and it was not pretty either.....

I then went on many visits to meet many contractors , vendors , businesses to collect all those who were Scammed , Frauded , written worthless checks , bad credit cards To extend my deepest apologies for the loss of money , services , and efforts to collect that which is rightfully theres ...

I also got to meet First Hand a wonderful little boy "Baily" Ed and his wifes, son.

I didnt put her name , I  do,  know what it is , but because I never did , get to meet her personally , because She wanted Nothing to do with anyone even remotly who had anything to do with Jeffrey , (Good  ,  Bad  , Nothing even  me) ( The Good Guy!! ) LOL (and under the circumstances I cant blame her)  taken to the street by someone who makes beleive they care and are your friend and the very 1st chance they get , Step on you , and kick you while your down,  I Am Sorry for the hurt Jeff has caused you and your family , And maybe in the future we will meet .( NO WAY AM I LIKE JEFFREY ) not even remotely close . I know what friendship is .

After that episode , I had to return home , as that all was unexpected , I had no funds with me to Fix , Clean , No Tools to do anything , so the watchfulness of the police while I returned home to make arrangements for another return to florida could occur to do lock changing , rug replacing wall / door repairs , alarm installs as well as calls etc....

Get rid of all Garbage that I had Inherited that was left behind , and then try to recover any money that I could from said Honest Business men , Said good resident and His father JEFFREY R HIRSCHKORN / ALAN L HIRSCHKORN , who vowed at one point to make good on the money they owed and then

tryed to put me in with a corporate bankruptcy to wipe out any depts or money owed me, They fraudulently had placed in my lap bills and leins , If You want to add up all the costs . fees ,leins , charges bank costs worthless checks and extra money in work done , loss of income , travel unecessarilly , Valueable time and effort to not only Learn How florida legally deals with people of this nature but to pay the fees accociated of such , I Lost alot more than I was willing to settle for .........

I would not at this point know how to even deal with someone who signs leases and doesent keep there word , someone who you deep down feel bad for due to there illness but who Intentionally continues to fraud , lie cheat Honest and otherwise good people out of ther money ,allowing victims to loose there homes , cars , jobs , take food from infants mouths ,( IT Doesent go away ,or change anything Jeffrey , until you correct it) 

I was approached , by jeffrey a number of times throughout this ordeal as I have aproached Jeffrey a number of times as well, Online by phone , He shows only contemptful actions and still untruthfullness in his words , where it concerns me anyway ( as if I were the one that did him wrong) ,

(as if I were the one who didnt keep my promise) or (went back on my word and written agreements) , (as if I were the one who came on ripoffreport with the story) for no reason !!! And the reason I am here on ripoffreport is ONLY because Jeffrey put me , my name , my business here under fictishous and decietful cercumstances and for his own selfish purposes

Identifying a Pathological Liar:



Pathological liars, or "mythomaniacs," may be suffering from histrionic personality disorder or narcissistic personality disorder. The following comments basically reflect a pathological liar who has the characteristics of histrionic personality disorder.


Some characteristics

1. Exaggerates things that are ridiculous.


2. One-upping. Whatever you do, this person can do it better. You will never top them in their own mind, because they have a concerted need to be better than everyone else. This also applies to being right. If you try to confront an individual like this, no matter how lovingly and well-intentioned you might be - this will probably not be effective. It's threatening their fantasy of themselves, so they would rather argue with you and bring out the sharp knives than admit that there's anything wrong with them.


3. They "construct" a reality around themselves. They don't value the truth, especially if they don't see it as hurting anyone. If you call them on a lie and they are backed into a corner, they will act very defensively and say ugly things (most likely but depends on personality), but they may eventually start to act like, "Well, what's the difference? You're making a big deal out of nothing!" (again, to refocus the conversation to your wrongdoing instead of theirs).


4. Because these people don't value honesty, a lot of times they will not value loyalty. So watch what you tell them. They will not only tell others, but they will embellish to make you look worse. Their loyalty is fleeting, and because they are insecure people, they will find solace in confiding to whomever is in their favor at the moment.


5. They may be somewhat of a hypochondriac. This can come in especially useful when caught in a lie, for example, they can claim that they have been sick, or that there's some mysteriously "illness" that has them all stressed out. It's another excuse tool for their behavior.


6. Obviously, they will contradict what they say. This will become very clear over time. They usually aren't smart enough to keep track of so many lies (who would be?).



    * They lie about even the smallest things. For example, saying "I brushed my teeth today," when they didn't.
    * They add exaggerations to every sentence.
    * They change their story all the time.
    * They act very defensively when you question their statements.
    * They believe what they say is true, when everyone else knows it isn't.


An alternate 'checklist':

    * Lies when it is very easy to tell the truth.
    * Lies to get sympathy, to look better, to save their butt, etc.
    * Fools people at first but once they get to know him, no one believes anything they ever say.
    * May have a personality disorder.
    * Extremely manipulative.
    * Has been caught in lies repeatedly.
    * Never fesses up to the lies.
    * Is a legend in their own mind.




    * Pathological liars cannot tell that they are lying; they actually believe the lie as soon as it comes out of their mouth. They lie about unimportant things that don't really matter to anyone. This can be caused by mental defect but isn't always. Slime-ball liars lie about things that make them look better or embellish to get attention. They also lie to keep their butts out of trouble and to get what they want.


    * Here are things to ask yourself: How could this many things happen to one person? Would believe these stories if someone else told you? Think back to the beginning: you had red flags and alarms going off in you head. Learn to trust your instincts.


    * It is very hard to tell when one is a pathological liar. Some people just are liars and lie to lie because they can and they don't care about getting caught and aware that you know they have lied. These people care not about lying, it's no big deal. It's like "ok, so what? I lied". The pathological liar on the other hand, IS aware that they are lying BUT will go to extremes to make you believe that they are truthful. They appear to believe their own lies BUT in truth, they know their lies are just that, lies. But because their efforts are constantly backing up their lies, it appears to us that they actually believe their lies, when we eventually do find out about them and then we tend to feel sorry for these people. Then they have an excuse, "I am sick, I don't know why I lie, I believed what I was saying etc." The only truth was the fact that they don't know why they lie. Other than that it's crap. It is true that most of them have an extremely low sense of self worth and are continuously trying to make themselves feel better about THEMSELVES and this is one reason they lie. It is about them but the lies are not always set up with the purpose to hurt some one else; it's that these people feel so low about themselves they need to create ANYTHING different from the ugly reality they feel about themselves so they lie about even the most tiniest little thing. The people closest to them get sucked into these lies which sometimes start as something very trivial and then turn into something that can turn everyone involved worlds upside down and inside out.


    * Unmasking the pathological liar is an easier task when the pathological liar is no more than a casual acquaintence to the "un-masker." Close relationships provide camouflage for the pathological liar, and intimacy provides a heavily-fortressed breeding ground.


    * Other indicators: 1) Rage attacks after they realize you're questioning their lies. 2) Distraction techniques, e.g. hanging up the phone when you catch them in lie, playing word games, or even just running out of the room. After using the distraction technique, or rage attack, or sometimes both, they will pretend that nothing ever happened. They re-write history, so it never did happen in their minds. Normal people do it too, but these people take it to the extreme.
 
 
   *The definition of pathological actually means abnormal or grossly atypical. Therefore, a pathological liar prevaricates more frequently than the average person or tells more abnormal lies. In most cases, pathological liars tell lies that are "unplanned and impulsive" (Hausman). These lies are usually very emotional stories that tend to serve no purpose except to impress people (Ford 133). As of now, psychiatrists are unsure whether or not pathological liars are fully capable of realizing if and when they are lying, so detecting whether or not a person is a pathological liar is a very difficult task (Hausman). By looking at the list of conditions commonly connected with people considered to be pathological liars, psychiatrists are better able to determine whether or not a person might actually have the disorder. Some main qualities linked with pathological liars include dysfunctional family origin, family lying patterns, anomalies of sexual life, frequent substance abuse, and a great capacity for language.
 

Even a pathological liar carries deep in his heart a desire for goodness and honesty and yet, because of painful emotional wounds, believes that the world never has, and never will, recognize his pain. And so, to hide that pain from himself, he uses all the lies he can concoct to hurl at the world as he runs in fear from his own goodness.

A monthly payment of $200 is due by the 15^th of each month EXCEPT for the months of July and August, where a payment of $100-$150 will be sent.

 

In exchange for making said payments to Robert L. Ross, no further negative harm, including, but not limited to, making false and disparaging remarks to anyone is strictly prohibited. That translates into working together or in a cohesive environment to aid or assist anyone in a quest to place intent or harm against Jeffrey R. Hirschkorn

 

Furthermore, any willful neglect of such will constitute that this contractual agreement is null and void.

This whole series has been fun to read. It reminds me of the series of "Tupper Lake" reports from a few years ago. I have a couple of  comments for the victims in this case.

1. Anyone can attend a 341 hearing. It is not limited to the creditors.

2. Mr Ross. There was a motion for sanctions against you filed pro se with a hearing date somewhere in the middle of April. You might want to check Pacer for the date if you aren't already aware.

3. Somewhere in one of these missives the "owner of the company" makes reference to personel debts vs business debts. If even a small amount of these claims are factually accurate, a first year law student could pierce the corporate veil due to all the comingling of funds and fraudulent behaviour. Whether there are any funds to be recovered would be a different story.

4.From looking at all the court dockets, the  bankruptcy will probably  end up moot. I would imagine that any funds recovered would be from restitution after jail time, not recovered by the Trustee. There appear to be way too many cases and too long of a track record for this all to go away.

 Was wondering who will be the first one to visit Jeffrey In Jail , Which jail cell #will he be issued for his new residence , Today as in the past 2 more victims seemed to reach out for revenge twards jeffrey and his past actions , They are 2 guys that have been owed money to from guess who !

First of all, with regard to Chris Greene, there is no love lost between both. He is owed nothing and he knows it. He is trying to jump on the train to see what occurs. His businesses were shut down and am glad of that because he had nothing but deceit in his ideas. He had us process charges for his clients. No, he repurchased old collection accounts and never disclosed such to us. We were instructed to charge each $498 as a deal fulfillment cost. That was not the case. And, that account was frozen in a heartbeat when it was uncovered. He knows it! Rene knows it! In fact, they came into my office and tried to extort monies. That didn't work!

I do not care that people know where I live. It does not bother me! What bothers me is the lack of privacy! But, that will not happen until this situation goes away. And, for people who claim that they never received a package for the vacation purchased. Some didn't because of the merchant banking issues we had with our merchant bank. They are still sitting on roughly $40K, which is owed to people who had purchased. I urge you to do a charge back and the funds will be returned to you.

For those, who claim I and my two partners, have walked away with thousands. I tell you that I personally had one check for $1,200. Nothing more, nothing less!

I will work hard to conclude unfinished business. I have reached out to Robert Ross to create a cohesive agreement together.

No one has come together, Jeffrey is making a half assed attempt to come to an agreement but as far as I'm concerned he is only about 3.5% there. There is only FACTS in this story.
