4 months ago my wife took advantage of a credit offer to purchase a 51" projection TV from Peach Direct. After not receiving the product for 3 months with repeated promises of delivery, we finally received the shipment. Once opened, we quickly realized that the entire television was broken cleanly in half. An obvious shipping mishap. We contacted Peach Direct and got the run around as to who would take care of the issue. Long story short, the product remains in our garage a month later, they continue to report to the credit bureau, that we have an open line with them. They wont pick up their broken product. They have terrible customer service. To be honest they point blank lied about everything, and wont clean up their own mess.
