This lousy company which is affiliated with GE Money Bank will send out an order which was canceled 1 month ago. I have a cancellation code and they set up a new order number and sent the merchandise anyway. GE Moneybank is no better because I'm sure they're aware of their lies. They sent me a Garmin GPS which I canceled 1 month ago and changed the order number to reflect their fraud. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT. Now I have to fight both Peach Direct and GE Money Bank.

PEACH DIRECT COMPENSATION EQUALS 0000!!

This a follow up report to PREVENT unsuspecting customers from awaiting a terrible fate with the purchase of anything from this PSYCHOTIC, LYING company. In a previous report this company indicated compensation for my TROUBLES with a purchase they FORCED on me. I spoke to MR. Kim as directed on April 30 for approximately 1/2 hour. I was promised a $100.00 credit for tne purchase of the Garmin GPS sent to me. Guess what NO CREDIT WAS GIVEN and further I was promised a $100 credit towards my next purchase. One detail not mentioned it had to be over $500.00. This company which appropriately is located in Los Angeles reminds me of a movie based on fiction. I'm going to contain my anger towards this EVIL, WANTON ESTABLISHMENT and hopefully they will go out of business. I can't understand why GE MoneyBank a division of GE Company would affiliate themselves with such a DISREPUTABLE bunch of clowns. I usually don't predict the FUTURE but I have a feeling eventually they will cease to exixt. One last item, MR. Kim compared themselves to AMAZON! This idiot was probably high on something.

Writer 'Peach' has possibly done more harm than good

Daniel, this is the response I had posted on another Ripoff Report about Peach Direct, right after I first read the "Company Response".

I wrote:
''Oh my, that is so helpful. An anonymous post by an unnamed employee with an EMAIL ADDRESS. That's direct customer service contact, alright. It would only be more credible if it were an email address at one of the free sites, lololol.

I don't even have dealings with this company, and with this kind of a "non-response", I am very glad I don't.''

What I forgot to ask is exactly what you noted! They want to compensate every writer of a Ripoff Report?? How? That is very interesting!! I am truly dying to find out what Peach Direct has in mind as 'compensation', and this IS a novel approach to satisfying angry customers, so I really would love to hear more about it!

With the same response on each report, where some never even paid Peach Direct at all, Peach Direct is still WANTING to offer 'compensation'. Now, to me, compensation implies money or goods, something real that you can 'take to the bank' so to speak.

So, yes, I am very interested in if this a policy Peach Direct adopts with all angry customers, of which there are more, I have no doubt, or is this just a "RipOff Report Writer Special" lololol.

Writer Peach' has probably done the company more harm than good, trolling all the reports with this hare-brained response. I have seen the name Peach Direct' on reports over the months, and never read any of them because I have never heard of it, and just had no reason to read it.

When a STRING of reports appeared this last day or so, THAT got me curious. So in all these responses, which I question the validity of Peach' making the compensation statement, with NO effective means of contacting said employee, Peach' has sure opened my eyes to this company's less than honorable dealings.

Had there not be a string of reports, literally one right after the another, on the All Reports pages of RipOff Report, I would still be in the dark as to whether Peach Direct is good or bad or even exists. Dredging up posts from the past with such a worthless response really seems like a bad idea. I have no faith in there being any truth to that response.

Seriously, I am sorry you had such problems dealing with them. Life is tough enough without 'funny business' companies littering the landscape.

These people lie like tap water, it keeps on flowing. There is no credibility to their rebuttal, lots of platitudes and no action or closure. They want to compensate me, How? I don't see anything on the table. They're sweating the bad publicity which is a good thing via your website.
