Peak 5 Financial Unefficient Scam Artists with Horrid Customer Service Centennial Colorado

So my car loan go put off on to Peak 5 Financial last fall, which I didn't find out until today. I had fallen behind on my payments not due to not being able to pay, except for 2 months when I was unemployed, but due to their not being able to keep accurate records. They had my incorrect address leaving off the unit #. They also had the incorrect phone number which had a typo in it.

So with being very busy with a new job that was very hectic I hadn't really thought that my automatic payments hadn't been going thru, and that my account had been put off to Peak 5. Since the account was now with Peak 5 who only likes moneygram, it had all just really escaped me, which I am partially to blame.

I first hear of Peak 5 as a landlord who's place I hadn't rented in 2 years contacted me saying this company wanted to repo my car. Right, so I decide this needs to be rectified... wow, some companies just have no consideration. Forget that they couldn't contact me, that they didn't have my correct info, and I had none of theirs... All my fault. I try to explain the scenario, talk to a VP who was very nice, get a call back from one just nasty CSR who could have cared less about the situation and decided I needed to pay $3900 in 30 days. Forget me coming up with a reasonable solution of paying $1k installments monthly (b/c rent and food and insurance... rather important), not acceptable.

I was however told that I was an irresponsible human being and not worth anything, and that they had no compassion for them not being able to have any of my account info correct. Their mailers were a "courtesy" and not required, even though I never received them due to the incorrect address. They also couldn't put forth effort to get my correct phone number which was typo'd by them 1 digit... they could put forth effort to find phone #s for places I hadn't lived at for 10 years and other members of my family though. Go figure.

They are unbelievably rude, do not negotiate with any type of sanity or logic, and nothing is there fault. Everything is however your fault and that's that to them. And on top of all that they only want money gram... which according to a few other reviews, not a good idea as they will try to take whatever out of your account.
