I found out they called my house about three months ago speaking with my daughter, not me at all. They took advantage of my poor daughter because the representitive on the phone said they were affiliated with Verizon (our landline provider) which they lied and so she was naive to go along with it. Firs of all the ironic thing is that they said they were long-distance provider when they charged me instead for using an operator which I never did. Not only are they deceptive to say the were affiliated with phone provider, they also said charged for a service which I never used. Also your customer service is really awful and rude.
