Peak Fitness Dishonets positioning of contract, misrepresenting contract, misinformation about contract, avoiding the issue, playing dumb, avoiding customer Chapel Hill North Carolina

My girlfriend and I both were rushed into a contract that we were told we could get out of, that it was for a year and it turns out more than a year later we have been automatically renewed?!

They won't let us out of the contract, they have avoided me at all costs, barely responding and when they do all they tell me is well, you signed the paper-you have to live with it.

They will not comment on why we weren't honestly sold the contract, why we didn't even receive copys of our contract until over a year later when I demanded to see them, and if they understand/acknowledge that I do not want our contracts renewed ever again.

I have never before been treated so poorly by any company, I have a hard time understanding how they will continue to stay in business!

Someone please help!

If you google 'Peak fitness contract' you will see a laundry list of complaints, messages, warnings, gripes etc concerning contracts. Lets get together and do something about it!
