Pearson Hyundai Ripoff! Way overpriced! Richmond Virginia

I bought an 07 town n country from Pearson last year, supposedly from a former co-worker and friend. Van has lots of issues and just found out it is worth 1/3 of what I paid, if that.
Another dealwe I visited today, asked me how I owe so much and told me that the standard is to charge friends n family more. Thanks for nothing Pearson! Not only did you rip me off but I am sure you hurt the other referrals I sent before I ought. Glad to know that's how you treat people, especially those that bring you business.
never worry though, you will not get one dime more from me or anyone I know!

Is it normal to buy a car and in one year lose 2/3 of the value? This is sim someone that I do trust.
I saw auction reports, NADA, and Edmunds. Yes, my fault for being guilable too. You got me on that one, but never again and if that's how you do business, everyone should know!

First of all why did you wait over a year to find out how much the car was really worth? Shouldn't you have done that BEFORE you bought the car..friend or not?
Next, why are you so willing to take what this dealer is telling you as the truth? Perhaps they are just telling you what you want to hear(that the other dealer screwed you), in order to gain your trust and then turn around and do exactly the same thing to you.
Just something to think about..
