Peel/ Triangle Trucking Scott Peel Held payroll, bounced payroll checks, bounced settlement check through State Wage and Hour Division Grand Haven Michigan

Held back payroll and when confronted about it. Indicated they would check it out. Week after week they were going to check it out. Never did.

Owed money for never receiving paycheck and was promised week after week it would be the next day and never got it.

The checks that were received, bounced and was told that the funds from own account would be taken care of but never were.

Upon hiring in it was agreed and signed that there would be a certain amount taken out of each paycheck per month for cell phone use. That document was altered after being signed to read,(and any overages).

Took to the State Wage and Hour division and did agree to a settlement. THAT check bounced too.
