Peggy's Poodles Sold me an inbred dog for $500 with papers! Cullman, Alabama

I purchased what was supposed to be a white pomeranian from Peggy Burden in 2006.  She was only supposed to be about 5 pounds and be pure white.  Well, she is ten pounds, orangy cream and she has a severe underbite where one tooth on her bottom protrudes.  When I purchased the puppy at 8 weeks, she appeared to be normal, then when she matured, I started noticing behavioral problems as well as physical problems.  She is very aggressive and has obsessive behaviors in which the vet has prescribed her prosack for dogs.  Before she was on the prosack, she would self mutilate her self by chewing her legs until they bled.  I tried contacting Peggy about this and she accused me of buying another puppy somewhere else and trying to pass it off as the one I bought from her. AHHH!  WHAT A CROOK!  In addition, the condition of her "puppy mill" that she was running was disgusting.  It was so hot and the puppies were forced to stay in these tiny houses outside.  Looking back now, I wish I would have just walked away and kept my money, but after seeing my puppy I couldn't just leave her in that mess.  After almost four years of having my dog she is about 70% potty trained.  It's like she was so inbred that she had no brain at all.  For the first couple of years of her life she would poop and immediately eat it.  I have almost broken her of that by quickly picking her up when she's finished.  It's so sad that someone is not only taking advatage of people, but exploiting these innocent dogs.  Something should be done and I actually tried when I first purchased my dog, but I was told that she was a prominent figure in Cullman, and she was related to lots of policemen, firemen, coucilmen, etc....If you are searching for a dog I reccomend going to your local shelter or a very well recommended breader that is AKC registered.
