Pennywise Power Liars and Scammers Fort Worth Texas Nationwide

My boyfriend and I are in our early twenties. We recently moved out and got an apartment together in October of 2015. I signed up for a 6 month contract with pennywise power because thats how long our lease was to make sure we would like living together. Within those 6 months, there was a few complications, but thats not the reason why I am reporting them and looking for a lawyer, pro bono.

This is the reason why; We moved and I transferred address because I didnt want to deal with setting up new deposit fees and new company. I also set up a new contract for 6 more months. its been four months since that was set up and I have paid TRIPLE the amount that I used to pay in all 4 of these months. At first, I thought it was because its summer, the bills go up. We have never paid bills on our own and didnt know it wasnt normal. So we used to pay $60 bucks a month, tops, I got the bill today and it was $288!!!

The last few months were around $190, $180, and $170. I called immediately to see why and was told by 3 different people that my contract isnt renewed. How is that possible when I renewed it when I moved? And how is that possible when I have a new contract number? I requested to listen to the phone calls and they told me it takes up to 2 billing cycles to get those and 21 days to resolve my accusation. Im not going pay almost $300 for 3 more months just waiting for them to decide that im still wrong when I have proof. This company is a scam, and will take your money and not think twice! Save your time and money and use a more reputable company! Karmas a b***h.
