On January 3, 2015 I joined the dating site Black people meet and when I read the process I was under the impression that I would be billed each month for 6.00 and some change which would be $36.96 total for the six months, but when I checked my account, the entire amount was deducted at once.  When I emailed and questioned the withdrawal, I received an email from someone named Julie a customer support specialist that a partial refund had been refunded to my account. I received the email on 1/13/15 that the refund should be reflected on my account as determined by the policies of my financial institution.

I have been talking to my bank every other day, and my bank has informed me that no credit has been refunded to my account.  I also have access to my account online, and as of today which is the 21st of January, there has been no such refund,  I feel that this company is scaming people out of their money, and something should be done.  I have read numerous comments online and I am not the only unsatisfied consumer.  I feel that this is one of the reasons that so many people don't trust black people in business, and companies like this is making it bad for businesses that are honest. I am very disappointed in this business practices. The reference number they gave me is 22x13514957.  Th incident number is: 150111-000340. whatever that means.
