PeoplePC, Inc. Class Action Lawsuit and, State Attorney General's Office-Wire Fraud San Fransico California

Well, it seems we have a pattern here, with Bank Charges and Overdrafts. Without going into the details, I'm experiencing the same problems as most of the other's are, but I think I'm in a better situation to turn this around.

I'm a former paralegal with background in class actions, having been a plaintiff myself in a large Class Action suit in New Jersey. The State Attorney General's office in each state, and the State of California should be the first step in a Coordinated effort to document a consistent pattern on the behalf of PeoplePC, which would hopfully establish a basis for a Class Action lawsuit on behalf of ALL members of the Class (those being screwed by peoplepc and anyone who may have been screwed in the past) for damage's to "restore" us to a condition before we met PeoplePC.

This isn't intended to discuss the theory behind Class Action lawsuits, nor the process to build up a pattern of fraud on behalf of PeoplePC, but to suggest a strategy to get results. PeoplePc is what's known as a "Deep Pockets" defendent(plenty of cash) and one who would provide a good prospect for a lawfirm to handle the case, as PeoplePC can be made to bear the burden of the legal fee's for the case. A possible "win-win" for everyone but PeoplePC.
