PeoplePC Cancelled my account, bank account still charged Internet Nationwide

I signed up with PeoplePC about 5 months ago, and ended up finding another Internet Provider, so I called and had it cancelled it two months ago. Well, ever since I've cancelled it, it's still been charging my bank account, and today I got a bill saying that my account was overdrawn, and on my bill was two charges from PeoplePC for $33 dollars and some change. So then I called today, and when she asked me to verify my name and address that I signed up with, I gave them to her, and she said that it did not match her records as to what I signed up with, even though my name and address have not changed, and to have a nice day, and that was the end of that conversation. I'm just wondering why they're still charging my account, and how all of the sudden it went up to $33 dollars? Has anyone else had this problem?
