Peoplepc, peoplepc who cancels accounts, but never stops billing San Francisco California

For those other peoplepc users that can 'cancel' their services, but cant seem to get people pc to stop billing them.

I was given all kinds of numbers that send me to people in India who gave me the run around. Until I placed a complaint with my ATTORNEY GENERAL.. Who then contacted PeoplePc in U.S.A and soon an AMERICAN woman called my home. from 1-866-526-2963 x 36020 promising to send me a check for the amount they own me, since I had to have the bank destroy and reissue bank cards for us, because peoplepc kept billing us twice each month for one CANCELLED account.

Please, Call your Attorney General, they work fast and results happen. After they start their work, you will no longer be routed to a person in India, you will have a live person from the states insuring that the wrong be made right.

After I got a call from Jessica one of the exec. admins, she explained that the Attorney General told her of the complaint and HOPEFULLY I am on my way to getting a refund. Jessica said their policy is to refund from the source they used to get funds, How can I get my refund IF my bank suggested I close those cards and have new ones issued? Jessica assured me it would go through, but the lady at the bank told me it would get lost in the shuffle for me to call her back and demand a check. Jessica is now supposedly going to send me a check .... pray I get it and it doesnt bounce lol

I am inconvienced because of people pc, because we are both disabled here and our bank cards help us tremendously, but we eill have to wait till the reissue new ones with new numbers.

P.S. when I dialed 1-866-526-2963 they didnt introduce themselves as people pc (of which they are) they said EARTHLINK ... both are in business together.
Its ashamed that AARP allows such trashy companies on their list to help older/disabled people.
What a joke.
You will get nowhere calling those numbers that route you to India.. please call your attorney general!
