in july 2005 my 2004 kia yhat i purchased from peoples kia was involved in a accident. the car was sent to peoples body shop because car was still under warranty. my car was in peoples body shop from july 2005 to november 2005. during reapairs the engine had to be replaced due to block damage.

when my car was repaired finnally it ran terrible hood
never fitt correctly and the alarm system never worked right ever again. after taking it to peoples kia twice the engine finally ran ok but i had to pay for the first repair. i took yhe car back to the body shop to have the alarm system repaired three times it was never done right i gave up. january 2006 i was driving and the engine quit . had the car taken to peoples kia talked to mark farintino was told all exhaust push rods were bent and two intake push rods bent car needed a new short block was going to cost 10,000 dollars and peoples and kia motor company would not warrant the repairs because i had my oil changed some where else. I said i would get back to them .

they called me back and told me that the engine was not warrantable because the body shop had peoples gmc install my kia engine. after hearing this i told them i would reatain an attorney file a law suit which i reatained an attorney. 20 minutes after my fist meeting with my attorney dominic of peoples kia called me to say that ther were going to warrant my engine but peoples body shop would have to pay for the labor.

rod of peoples body shop called me to say he was not going to pay for the labor i told them keep the car when my attorneys through you wish you took care of this reair. next morning rod called me to say he had approved paying for the labour and please do not complain anymore about my car. the next day dominic called me to tell me the car was ready at no charge.

I picked up my car and never ever went back to peoples ever again in july 2007 i traded this car in and took a 15,000 dollar bath on it to get rid of it not to mention the 1,750 dollars i had to spend on an attorney. never do buisness with peoples auto goup or coutesy auto group they are the same company they will rip you off.
