Peoples First Financial Inc. They caused me to lose my home in a home loan modification gone wrong. San Diego California

this company took $2500 from me to process a loan modification. I lost my home due to them lying and saying they were taking care of my application. I sent them notices from a lawyers office that my home was going into auction, I faxed and called them. they said they took care of this and that i would not lose my home. they told me not to speak to anyone about the approval and to not make my mortgage payments. I needed to be behind on my payments in order for me to qualify for the loan modification.

On December 30, 2008, my home was auctioned off because Peoples first did not contact Litton Loan Servicing to say they approved me for the loan modification. then on January 2, 2009 they - Peoples First financial turned in my approval papers. My home had already been sold

they completed had me believing my home was still mine. I have never been so embarrassed and misguided with a company. I am angry. I want them to pay me back for that inadequate and incompetent work. I have learned that this company has lost numerous homes by their lack of filing reports in a timely manner and lack of communication. there should be a group of homeowners out there like me and we should file a claim against this company.
