I am going to make this simple and straight to the point. The reports from the past employees are 100% on point and true. I am a former employee of Peoples Products. I worked at Peoples Products for a little over a year. The only reason I didn't leave sooner was because I needed to find a new job before I left.  

Peoples Products does not manufacture any windows. The windows are manufactured and sold by a company named Kensington High Performance Products. You can easily search google and find them. The window that Peoples Products calls the HR40 Replacement Window is simply an unbranded window that Kensington makes called the Quantum2. Also, for the record, this is the third replacement window that peoples products has sold.  I am not sure of the name of the first brand they had but the second was called “Certainteed Replacement Windows".

Peoples Products does not install the windows. They simply sell you the windows and make it look like on paper they are installing the windows. The person that actually shows up to install the windows, siding, roofing or any other product they carry is nothing more than another local contractor. This contractor that shows up can just as easily get you replacement windows and install them without even dealing with peoples products. The contractor pulls all permits and it’s the contractor’s insurance that is covering the job also. Peoples Products does nothing more than sell the windows and hire the contractor.  They have a very small, one person service department but good luck getting any service if you need it. 

Oh boy, and the videos you can find online. Nothing more than a lady named Patty sitting in front of a customer and forcing the answers owner Bill Wilson wants to hear. These videos are so cut and edited it’s a joke. So much of what the people really say is cut out of the videos. Yes, the people agreed to be in the videos but most are called and called and called before they agree to do it. 

The bottom line is stay away. This company is out to do nothing more than take your money.

They make nothing, install nothing and back nothing. The only real clam to fame they have is that they employee a hand full of people at minimum wage.. WOW!

The last thing they do is help people. Even there current active employees are being treated poorly. And Bill Wilson and Wayne Jones will lie 100% of the time and most certainly go after any one that is not doing what they want. Be aware and I would most certainly listen to the people online. They are telling the truth. 

Anyone who wants to know the truth, do yourself a favor and go to their offices located at *** ******** ***. Newington CT. They are located in a small stripmall above a package store. Do it, walk up the stairs and go see the offices. You will know right away who si telling the truth. Bill Wilson has stuffed his company in the cheapest offices he could find and what a mess they are. Any customer who first saw the offices of Peoples Products would run and never even let a sales person in the house. Also, for the record Bill Wilson uses the following company names Peoples Products Inc. Evolutionary Home Energy Solutions, llc and Business 2 Consumer Network, llc. All are designed as another way to get past the customers front door. So you may hear from Evolutionary Home Energy but trust me, a sales rep from Peoples Products in showing up at your house. They are selling products people, not trying to do any good.
