A girl named Jennifer called me. Told me I was approved for a visa credit card worth 2500.00. Said I would be getting the card in 3-4 days Federal Express.

Seeing how I was in financial crisis, I thought it would help. Seeing since it was right before Christmas. Jennifer said I would be able to use it and not be billed $299 till Jan. and I could change it to Feb. if it was a problem.

Now 6 days have passed, I called and asked for Jennifer, since she said she was my rep for the next 2 years, at the number she gave me ( 886-514-6231 )When i called I ended up speaking to a man named Micheal Brandon. And he informed me that this girl named Jennifer does not work for them. So i proceeded to ask him where my card was. He says " No, you don't get a card until 20-30 days after the fee has been paid." I told him that wasn't what Jennifer had told me. He replied " But we have 100% verication that you ok'd everything." I told him " That i ok'd everything that Jennifer had told me."

When jennifer sent me to the verification part. I said "yes" or "can you repeat that for me" all he would say was "yes or no" So i was assuming that I was oking everything Jennifer had told me since the man wouldn't repeat what he had said other than "yes or no"

Now I'm to the point where I didn't and won't get the card. So I told them I just wanted to cancel. Now they want to charge me a $29.95 for a fee for a product I don't have. When I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor about this problem, Micheal Brandon informed me that they DO NOT have managers or supervisor. That the representives run the office, and that they have full authority to do so.

I asked him "What kind of company has no managers and no supervisors, that can handle problems like this, and that I believe that I shouldn't have to pay any fees of any kind for a product that I have not recieved or will not recieve since I am cancelling many days before any type of due date." All he could say was " talk to your wife like that, not me." I said " ok you don't like to hear that so give me my cancellation verification number." Which he did, he also informed me that this will be recorded so he could verify that i agreed to his terms, because it was the only way to get him to cancel this agreement. Even though I STRONGLY disagreed with him and told him so too.
