I wish I had known about Ripoff.com a month ago!

I was contacted by this company after trying to get a credit card. They called and promised me a credit card.

At the very end of the conversation they said there would be a one time fee of $299.95. I asked what this fee was for and was told that it was for insurance on the card. I was skeptical but went ahead.

When I received the box of junk they sent, I immediately called and told them that this wasn't what I was told and wanted my money back. They said that I would have to call the following week.

The following week I called and they played the recording of me accepting the fee ;but not what the fee was for. I demanded a refund and so far they have refused. I am supposed to call back on March 10. to find out.The male I talked to was very rude and condecending
