I ordered one report for 95 cents. The web page tells you that you get 30 days of free searching. You don't find out that by buying the report you are enrolled forever and must pay $20 each month for the service. Cancelling your unwanted membership requires completing a myriad of forms on several web pages. To cancel you must agree to pay the $20 charged surreptitiously. I called PayPal to receive a refund and urged that PayPal not service PEOPLESMART payments.
