Peoria Ford Beau Norton Peoria Ford Takes Advantage of Single Mom and Grandma and anyone else stupid enough to trust them! Peoria, Arizona

My Daughter bought a 2008 Ford Edge with 92000 miles on it. She also bought a warranty that per Beau Norton, manager of the Dealership or so he says, guaranteed since it was the gold warranty, it covered her for 24000 miles or 24 months bumper to bumper.

A/C goes out in June. We take it in. They want 100.00 paid before they will look at it. Our warranty states no deductable if you go to Peoria ford for service. Then the service tech says we only have silver coverage.

I go home get the paperwork show it them but now they state "if" it is the blower that is not covered.

 They havent looked at it yet! And, that is not what our warranty states! It does not list the blower as an uncovered part. I also ask that they clean the windows to get the construction overspray off, this is the second time we have requested it, as there was construction going on when we bought it and cannot get the windows clean.

The service guy siad it was from my sprinklers. I tried to tell him to talk to the other service person Jennifer that knew about it before and promised on our next service visit to fix it, but he refused. They will not honor the service agreement that my Daughter paid over $2000.00 for!!!

I had also asked them to look at the brakes because there was some sort of noise, The service guy wanted over $500.00 to replace the back brakes, yet they advertises $88.88 to do so which includes turning rotors if necessary. Cost me $200.00 at Meineke.

As I am pulling out all of this paperwork to write this up, I see that they pulled a fast one on my daughter. They wrote this sale up for December, but she bought it in January??? Why would they do that? Oh and Beau Norton swore he would take care of this and won't answer a phone call or email!
