I have been here many times in the past. When I asked for breaks and rotors that's what I got paying $700 to $800. This time around they come up with a price of $2150 approx. And told me I needed upper lower tyrods break flushing and an allignment. I told them I did not come here for all this work and I do not have the money for it. I also expressed I never paid such a high amount for breaks and rotors. I said that's what I am here for. I came here at 10:30 and it's 3:00 my truck has not been looked at in three hours but is up on the lift.
I strongly suggest to take your vehicle to a local guy and not these companies sucking the dollar out of you. I will not be coming back and will let everyone I know that comes here not to.

You may be ripping yourself off

It is very hard to see what if any RipOff they are doing here, but it looks as if you by trying to be cheap may be ripping yourself off.
First of all there should be no reason you need rotors on a regular basis if you do proper maintance on the brakes. So going in asking for both "brakes and rotors" and apparenlty doing it every time says you may not be the best at maintaing your car. Where you are letting your brakes get to a point where they go metal to metal and destroying the rotors.
I told them I did not come here for all this work and I do not have the money for it.
- Okay they RECOMENDED that you get them changed. Last time I checked parts on your car don't check your bank balance before they go bad. So having or not having the money for it is a totally independent issue of you needing the work done. So if you don't want to have the tie rods replaced or the alignment done..just say NO.
However, realize that if you truly needed that work done you may be looking at spending more money in the future to fix a bigger issue than it is now. For example, depending on the alignment you were probably looking at $50-$150. If you don't do the alignment and your tires wear out prematurly you could be looking at $400+ in new tires a lot sooner than you would have.
