Pep Boys I had my care repaired at Pep boys only to have it breakdown within two days, the managment was very rude, the mechanics laughed at me and riduculed me and my car still does not work Indianapolis Indiana

I had my car repaired at Pep boys. It wouldn't start so I had it towed to their castleton location. They took three days to look at it and told me it needed $700.00 worth of repairs done. They told me that the car did not recognize the key and it needed to be rekeyed, even though I used the same key for 7 years.
After two days out of the shop, it did the same thing again, I called and they said to have it towed to them again, they would pay for the bill and look at it again. This time they said it was the battery that needed to be changed at a cost of $150.00. I told them it was not the battery because it acted the exact same way. Plus I paid the extra 50.00 to have the diagnostic test run and that should have indicated the battery was bad.
They refused to pay for the towing. The store manager hung up when I tried to speak to him and when I picked up my car the mechanics all stood around laughing at me because I was insistant that it was not the battery. I went to Walmart and purchased a new battery. Two days later the same thing happened. I called and requested that a regional manager call me, I ended up getting a call from the store, who agreed to pay for the towing charges again.
I did not receive the parts from the original repair, I have paid over $800.00 in repairs that I am wondering now if I needed. My car still acts the exact same way it did before I had them repair it. It has been three weeks and I am still without a car and corporate will not call me back!

Walmart batteries are junk. I have not seen one last longer than a few months without problems.
