I bought some new tires at Pep Boys in Ogden, Utah.  A few hours later, I ws driving down a fairly steep mountain road, and I was going well under the posted speed limit.  I started to hear a clacking sound from my tires/wheel wells.  When I got back to town, I had a local mechanic recheck my vehicle immediately, NOT Pep Boys. Turned out that Pep Boys failed to tighten my lug nuts on all 4 wheels after the tire installation was completed. 

I could have very easily crashed on that steep mountain road, and if I had, I would have sued Pep Boys so bad that they would never have recovered from my lawsuit. Heck, I would have been lucky to survive a potential crash caused by there incompetence. They also tried on numerous ocassions before this incident to pull a bait and switch on me.  After that, I just did business with a locally owned mechanic. Don't ever do business with these idiots!

PEP BOYS Stuart Mast is the manager. I called Everyone in Customer Service . They Broke My car (I Believe) and won't have anything rectified. This is a libertarian state. People are Corporations. I am disabled but I need to work. I don't like to drive unless I really have to.  I need a good running car; before Pep Boys that is what it was.  Nevada Las Vegas

Pep Boys in Skokie, IL - Ray Lopez, Manager They charged me twice for a new set of tires. Once when I bought them on-line. A second time after they installed them. They said they would not release my car unless I paid them again. They also threatened to have my adult son arrested if he left with the car before I paid. Skokie IL
