PEP BOYS PEP BOYS 139-29 HILLSIDE AVE Brought car in because it would not turn over Pep Boys put $2,000.00 worth of time and parts into the car and told me that they could not get it to start but I still had to pay them for the work that Queens , New York

I took my Toyota Highlander from Toyota to Pep boys on a flat bed.  Pep Boys installed a water pump, tires, thermostat and brakes.  Pep Boys called me and said they could not get the car to start.  I said then why did you put all of these parts onto a car that is not starting? should you not get the car to start before cahnging the tires? puttng on brakes and replacing water pump?  When I told them that I wanted my car back they said that I had to pay for it although it is still not running.
