I purchased a leased car from Jim Knudesn, sales consultant at Pepe Infinity. They registered the car for me and provided me with a 45 day temporary registration for my car. They assured me that the actual registration would be sent to me within that 45 day period.
As time went on, I began to get nervous. With just 14 days left on the temporary registration, I called the Jim Knudsen and voiced my concern. I was immediately assured that there was no problem and that NYS always takes the full 45 days to process new registrations. I called again TWO DAYS before the temporary registration was to expire and was told that someone in the dealership screwed up and failed to properly file a number of new registrations. I was instructed to be patient and it would only take a few more days.
A week later, with the temporary registration fully expired, I called Knudsen again and left a message - admittedly a very irate message. He never returned my phone call. Another week later I called again and reached Knudsen. He said there wan no way for him to extend my temporary registration. He said my registration would arrive within a few more days and he would fedEx it to me as soon as he received it from NYS. Another week went by and I called ans spoke to Knudsens boss Michael Fell, the sales manager. He told me he would get back to me in 30 minutes. naturally, he didn't get back to me at all. I had to call again a few days later only to be referred back to Knudsen, and being told the same story again - it's on its way.
Last week, I called the dealerships executive director Patrick Murray and had to leave messages each time. I left him three (3) phone messages during the course of the week. He didn't even take the time to show a simple courtesy - let alone customer service - of returning any of my calls.
As things stand today, my temporary registration expired on April 24th. Today is May 26th and I have been forced to drive my car - very carefully - illegally.
I have now learned the hard way that the people employed by Pepe Infinity are useless when a real problem occurs. I have been given nothing but lip service and no action to correct this problem.
Personally, I have encouraged friends and family to avoid dealing with pepe Infiniti and i know that I have helped to stop two sales - thus far. I'll do all I can to stop as many as I can in the future.
I have been in business for 30 years and insensitive people such as these should not be in management positions - ANYWHERE. The owners of this dealership should fire the entire incompetent lot of them.

Is another example how dealership all care about "$$$$$$$$" dont fall for there so call "Were the No.1 dealer in all of new york" and that can go against this or any uncustomer friendly service and support and i know that bronx got the scum of car dealer but liike at queens and brooklyn we got "the worst of the worst"
now back to your problem i would like to suggest that you call infinity and compliant like hell and give them a ear full that this dealership is not registration your car but also tell them how this dealer allow for the 45 day tag to expired and also contact the NYSDMV "dealer fraud division" and tell your problem !
