I inquired about a loan on-line on 08-29-11. The very next day, I had $300.00 deposited into my checking account and had no idea where it came from. I have not signed any form, or anything for that matter for a company to release funds into my checking account.
When I finally found out where the money came from, I called the company and asked why the funds were deposited into my account and I was told that I signed a form on-line with this company.
I was very upset to say the least.
When I called the company I spoke to someone who could barely understand me and I speak very clear english. He put me on hold about five times, then after I had waited for ten minutes for the gentleman to come back to the phone I just hung up.
I then tried to e-mail the company about what had happened and the e-mail was sent back to me, stating that the e-mail address was (Over Quota Temporarily), and my e-mail could not be sent at that time.
So, needless to say I am very upset with this company, they had no right. What do I do now?

The only way they would have been able to place funds in your account is if you would have provided them with your account routing and account number while completing the onlin form.
Since you didn't want the loan contact them and get the payoff amount and send them a check. or pay the balance off in full online if possible. Unless there is some type of early payoff penalty you will only be charged interst for the number of days you actually had the money.
