My first impression form walking in was that I was going to have the best experience, the facility is beautiful. However that is where the good ended. The receptionist were so rude that words cannot even describe how poorly I was treated. A hispanic women walked in right after me and was waiting to be helped, but because I did not speak spanish I was told to stand aside and they assisted the hispanic women first. Then when I was called to come back to begin my treatment, the young girl who called my name told me that I had a bizarre and different looking face. A little insulting to say the least?? After those mishaps, i was brought to my treatment room and sat there for over 20 minutes. Again, RUDE and not to mention unprofessional! As I was finally getting my treatment done, I was asking my esthetician questions like after care, results, etc, and she had no clue what she was talking about!! Multiple times she flat out told me she had no clue what the answer was, and she left the room 3 times to get an answer to my questions! How am I supposed to feel comfortable getting a laser treatment done by somebody who does not even know what the heck they are doing?! My over all experience was horrible, however I had already paid in full so I decided to come back for the rest of my 6 treatments I had paid for. Each time I had a bad experience, not only did this happen but I did not see any results from my skin tightening treatments. Coming to Prefect Body was the worst decision I have ever made in my life. Not only was every staff member extremely rude and unfriendly, but they basically robbed me of my money. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!
