 Joshua from Perfect Clones p-cls.com should not be allowed to sell online. I purchased a watch from him on September 17th (2013). After placing the order and indicating that I wanted the watch shipped with a brown wrist strap (that is an option on his website), he sent me a picture of the correct watch face (Chopard Happy Sport Diamond) but with a PINK wrist strap (his "quality control process"). I emailed him back and clarified that I wanted the brown one as per the original order I placed. I also sent him a picture of the watch with the brown wrist strap that I was wanting to buy. He confirmed receipt of my email. When I received the watch of September 29th I was VERY disappointed to see that he had shipped me the PINK wrist strap anyway, despite my correspondence with him. I immediately emailed him and let him know (sent him copies of all my previous correspondence to him including a screen shot from his own website indicating that I had ordered the watch with a brown strap).

I also ordered the box for the watch which was fine so I suggested that he simply send me a replacement watch band, and I would send him back the pink one once I had a jeweller replace it. He said he would do that.... however, that replacement strap never showed up. As a result, I shipped him back the watch and agreed to keep the box. This cost me $55 USD for the international tracking. It took until just a couple days ago for him to acknowledge that he received the watch back (despite the fact that the international tracking shows that it was back in China and "received" on November 1st) and has still not provided me with a refund. Meanwhile, he shipped me a brown strap with no hardware on it - no clasp! Just a piece of leather! And totally the wrong colour brown! This one is a very dark chocolate brown and the strap I sent him at least 3 pictures of it now is more of a medium brown - something that looks very nice with the rose gold watch face.

It doesn't matter what I try to do with this guy - I cannot reason with him, I cannot be nice to him, he gets mad and accuses me of threatening him if I tell him I will file a dispute. The story is always the same - I am working on it, I will get the one you want, I will do this, or do that, but in the meantime, I get nowhere. He's got the watch back and I've not see any evidence of a refund. This is REALLY BAD customer service and I would hate to see someone else go through this. On his website he claims to provide a refund within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise back - this has NOT been the case at all. Joshua from Perfect Clones will ship you whatever HE wants to get rid of. He will not send you a refund as per his website if you are not happy with the item. There are many other comments about this guy and his company online.
