They contact you to sit through a travel presentation so that you can get 2 free airline tickets then in order to redeem them they send you through this complicated, convoluted process AND you have to pay registration and processing fees of at least $100 which means that the tickets are not really free.  Then if you fill out one of the numerous forms incorrectly or send it beyond the very strict unreasonable and unrealistic deadlines they then void your certificate but never call or tell you.  I had to get on the internet and find a phone number to call the company just so that they tell you that your form is void.  They are perfectly happy to sit on your money for weeks on end if you don't hunt them down like a dog to try to get a refund.  This company is nothing but a big scam.

The promotional offer that you refer to in your complaint, is an incentive product that we market to
companies that use them as an incentive to get you to participate in an informative presentation about their travel club or other type of business. When you receive our promotional offer, the terms and conditions are printed on the back. It clearly states that there are fees that you are responsible for (i.e. taxes, ticketing fee, peak season, weekend or holiday fees, if they apply). This is not a FREE trip and nowhere on our certificate does it state that it is a FREE trip. It is important to note that we are in no way affiliated with the company you received the promotional offer from, their selling practices or marketing efforts. We have not promised anything other than what is outlined in the terms of the offer received and acceptance of the terms is required to participate in the offer.

We do provide our phone number on the offers provided should you have any questions on the process or if you would like an update on the status of your offer.

If you have submitted a deposit and wish it to be refunded, Please follow instructions below for requesting a refund. Send in a letter, include your pin number. Refunds are processed in the order they are received and may take up to 8 weeks. Please submit in writing and mail certified to: INFINITY INCENTIVE GROUP ATTN REFUND DEPARTMENT PO Box 3479 Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405.

Or if you would like to have your concern looked into further please provide your customer PIN number so that we may review and contact you.
