When you receive our promotional offer, the terms and conditions are printed on the back. It clearly states that there are fees that you are responsible for (i.e. taxes, ticketing fee, peak season, weekend or holiday fees, if they apply). This is not a FREE trip and nowhere on our certificate does it state that it is a FREE trip. It is important to note that we are in no way affiliated with the company you received the promotional offer from, their selling practices or marketing efforts. We have not promised anything other than what is outlined in the terms of the offer received and acceptance of the terms is required to participate in the offer.
