Huge mistake to do buisness, and I use the term "business" loosly, with this company. As I've read on several other complaints, I too paid for S&H on a survey and then $90 was stolen from my account by Perfect Skin Serums. I contacted the company for a full refund of the stolen money and 8 days later, 8 CSR, 9 Phone calls, Still no resolve.

The "trial peroid" - The order for "samples" was placed on 07/30. This is when they say the trail period began. The product was received on 08/05. Five days pass before I receive the product to try. I called on 08/15 to ask why there was a pending charge in my account from them. You can assume the answer.

So now, I'm getting the run around. No return calls. No emails. I'm told if I am deemed "eligiable" to recieve a full refund I will/would be notified. Still no contact from this company.

This company makes it's money by stealing your money and refusing to give it back. The callcenter set up, is soley to recieve complaints and requests for refunds. They refuse to release contact information to thier Corporate Office. No shocker there.

Don't do business with them. Tell all your friends. Share with everyone.

Lesson learned.

You stated that I was told on 08/02... I did not contact your company until 08/15.

I did recieve your product via a survey. Your CSR told me herself that the "information regarding the trail terms was hidden in very small print that your company does not expect anyone to find much less read" Your Rep told me this!!

You do not care about your "customers". I called your comapany 10 times and it was not until you were notified that I had reached out to the BBB and to the Doctors listed on your FB page, that you decided to "refund $17 of the $90 you stole.

If anybody wants to take the time to do the research on you and all the other "sister" companies you do business under, they will find as I did that, this, stealing money is exactly your income stream.

Prayers to anyone that is caught in your slimy web.

We’re sorry that you had such a negative experience with Perfect Skin Serums. We take our customer’s satisfaction very seriously, and are continually working on ways to improve our customer service.  While we want to help every customer, we clearly state on all websites what the Terms and Conditions of the product offer are, along with a check box where the customer agrees to the terms. All customers must contact customer care at least one day prior of their Trial end date to avoid future charges and shipments.

Before purchasing any product, it’s important to read the Terms/Conditions/Returns, so that you are not surprised by any policies, as well as the price. 

We do not run ads that are survey based; we do not advertise free product or free trial.

For the customers protection, email customer service agents are not allowed access to customer’s financial information. You had been advised of this on 8/2/17 and given an 800 number to call, and did not call until 8/15/17.

You have been cancelled from any future billing or product shipment. As a courtesy a 20% refund has been issued.
