Perfect Tax Relief Solicited Tax Relief for a 2008 IRS problem, charged me $8450, accomplished nothing Los Angeles, California

Omni Financial has successfully resolved my 2008 tax problem and has eliminated all taxes and penalties due to both the IRS and State of New York.  An amended return was submitted stating that Miss Estey 
stole the money from my IRA  while I was sick in the hospital and purchased the house in Vermont in her
name.  Both tax agencies accepted this presentation and eliminated all taxes and penalties due.  Your unsuccessful approach was to try to negotiate an Offer in Compromise--which was a faulty plan as I had
assets to pay the full amount, --while not dealing with the basic issue of the theft of funds from my IRA.
I have requested the return of the $8450 retainer fee from Perfect Tax Relief and have not received any
monies.
