I believe these people are operating as http://www.momentis.net/products.asp?CO_LA=US_EN they seem to have started in 2008 and they appear to me to be a pryamid scheme they are also operating under just energy.

One Vision's membership by itself is a huge help in the area of time and savings. We've used our membership at least 45 times in the last year. The value we've gotten has been tremendous. In fact because of the ways we've been able to use the membership, people have asked us and chased us down to find out how we've been able to afford to go on this vacation or save that much on some of our purchases that we've happily shared the information. We received a nice referral check, no movie producer has done the same for us when we referred their movie to our friends. We believe that whoever writes the anonymous nasty stuff really is clueless. We called someone at the corporate level and they mentioned that even though the company is massively expanding they haven't expanded to 12 states yet in fact they said they have many great leaders but they only roll out to what the speakers/managers pace can handle. While they'd love to take on the country all at once, they do what's best for the team as well as the members.

We've listened to story after story of how this has helped once desperate people out of major financial stress.

You can invite people to see a presentation and they might buy a membership, where's the scam?
The company lets the sellers make more on a membership than they do-where's the scam? If we go sell a car the dealership dosn't allow us to do that.

Many companies do this very same thing or similar..... look at Direct Buy for example-they are membership based but NO referral fee, or how about your local bank-refer someone to open a new acct and they give you $10, or how about Comcast, Dish etc-refer a new customer and you get so much off your next bill...... Would you like to refer something and actually get paid? This idea/concept is not new and banks and cable companies don't get shut down for it-that is simply ridiculous.

All the high energy negative talk is a jealous person or persons who didn't think of it first or maybe it's the guys named Carlos Rey(ACN Telecom Rep-also a purported major drug addict (check the rehab histories-we've heard he's visited plenty)and has a hunger for loose women and he happens to be married -with children-unfortunately we've known him for nearly 20 years we know the ones that have pulled him out of the w***e houses (ask his family members how he really destroyed his family furniture business, or what really happened to the Hummer -did he and his wife lie to police/insurance investigators? or we 'wonder' if he brought home any std's in those dissappearing episodes or has anyone sold drugs out of his car in the ghettos of Miami-he never knew that people in the pd knew him or of his reputation-guess what those same people happen to be One Vision members) or Andy McWilliams (many times referred to as leech, hanger on, thief-partner in crime, that professes to be Christian out one side of his mouth and appears to be the devil out the other- we've known him for about 9-10 years and in our opinion he is the most sarcastic, caustic, sneaky, lazy person we've ever met-we wish you could have heard the behind the scenes things we have) that (tried to rip off the owners of this company-plenty of witnesses to this-that are willing to go to court over it). Don't believe me(we know of their copycat-but won't post it to give them the traffic-even though it is a FLOP-which is possibly why Mr. Rey apparently went crawling back to ACN(after badmouthing them/ACN and the mlm industry to hundreds of people and left the US for Puerto Rico because he burnt all his bridges and defrauded so many)-make sense of this-2 guys come along and try to replicate an idea that not in a million years probaly couldn't think up themselves. So they steal proprietary info. The owners of ONE VISION are prosecuting them for theft. Bottom line they couldn't make their stolen idea fly and they have an axe to grind.

One Vision is awesome-just use the membership-it has tremendous value!
If you want to make a few word of mouth referrals-you'll get a referral fee-that's what's great about free enterprise. A good old fashioned bird dog fee-if every company had that-they'd grow as fast as One Vision.

Lastly-the people that run One Vision in the US and in Canada are very good people. When we have gone to their seminars (in three countries) you see happy people that look like a big family. Maybe the writers of the bad stuff don't like big happy families. We've had a question here or there and someone always took care of it in a timely manner. These people give out their cards with their numbers on them. No one is running or hiding in fact just the opposite. We've seen that these people have been successful with other ventures. People that have known them from a previous companies and in fact have known them for many years- come to the seminars.

One Vision is SOLID, the people running it are SOLID. Have no fear-A. you have a membership, B. you make referrals, C. you get paid for the referrals. It doesn't get any simpler than A B C.

I can confirm that One-Vision is getting serious interest from authorities in Canada and USA. I am aware of at least 12 states in the USA that have started an official investigation regarding this ponzi scheme and the fraudster behind it. Our group of victim of this fraud (One-Vision) is currently also working closely and actively with the authorities in Ontario to put an end to this scam which will end up costing thousands of dollars to many individuals.

Perfect4U and One-Vision Fraud Alert Update

As previously mentioned, my ongoing efforts in shedding light upon this company has brought me to rule out a lot of negative rhetoric aimed against it by and from many different sources. I would like to share my findings with you in order to give you some insight from within the company itself. I am very objective regardless of the fact that I am an active member within the corporation.
I wont say that I am in complete agreement with the way they do their training, nonetheless, I must admit to the fact that it works. It is a shift in my understanding of effective teaching and transcendent learning insomuch that the high energy tactics as you might call them are in no way different than those used in personal development seminars ranging in price between $5 000 to $10 000 dollars a pop.
Most people, (myself included) have a tendency to let things go the way they go and for the building of a successful business, that is just not the way to reach higher levels of prosperity and grow a business, however Action learning is. By pulling out the go-getter in all of us, they bring us into a new way of doing things which actually produces outstanding results. For the person who has an open mind and who is teachable, success is inevitable. To the newbie, this can be interpreted as scare tactics, religious type brainwashing, pressure selling and all sorts of different ways yet the end results are formidable. Not only will it insure your success but it will also make you a happier person in the aftermath.
I have yet to find what is actually not right with this company. I dont see how a business such as this could be wrong. The value you get with membership outweighs anything Ive ever seen before. I would suggest that a thorough investigation be conducted in and around the corporation by government officials and that it be published to positively rule out the bad wrap this company is getting. As far as we know, there is no illegal conduct or fraud alert with Perfect4U and One-Vision. Those who see fraud in it must come forward with authenticated proof that a crime is being committed because as it stands to date, it is irreproachable.
Furthermore, in Canada and the USA, there are severe laws that have been set to eradicate fraudulent activity and punish the perpetrators of any such fraudulent activities. To those who wish to ban this company, I would have to say bring out the facts and proof that a crime is being committed here. The facts are that this company is perfectly legal in North America and that it is growing at an astounding rate. Hundreds of new members are joining it every week and it is exponentiating wildly. If the government was in any way concerned about it being a fraud, wouldnt they have shut it down by now? I personally do not see the signs of fraud here and I have yet to see any solid evidence to the effect that it is a fraud. If the founders were in any way criminals, they would already be behind bars, therefore there is more evidence to the fact that it is a legitimate business than there is to the contrary.
If you have doubts, do like I did and get information directly from the government sources. You will learn that all is in perfect order and all is legitimately legal and in good standing. The company does not qualify as being a pyramid nor does it have the fraud stamps that real frauds do have. When making an objective observation of this corporation, there are no signals to warrant the possibility of fraud in any way.

Yes, you heard it right, it is a completely legitimate business functioning in total legality here in Canada and the USA.

There is NOTHING wrong with this company and everything is totally legitimate and extremely trustworthy.

No, I have not been brain washed into telling you this. The services are real, the advantages are real and the management professionals are just that, professionals!

The company is undergoing a bad wrap, due to illegal activities that have been done to it by very fraudulent people in the past. They are recovering from this bad wrap by offering even more value to their customers and growing the business with a keen eye on wrong doers. All the negative publicity that you have been reading about this corporation is all in direct relation with the actions of "gone Bad" Managers who have given this concept the unfair judgment that it has received over the years.

The truth is that when large amounts of money are involved, certain people take the law into their own hands and destroy good will. I have researched it to the bone and like I said, I have spoken with top officials about it and all stand in favor of ONE-VISION and PERFECT4U as being completely legal and not at all fraudulent in their activities.

You may rest assured that there is no SCAM with this corporation and all may gain by joining into their ranks. I am pleased to have done my due diligence and have been well informed and very pleasantly surprised I must add, in looking deeper within their corporate affaires at a professional level.
The reassurance I needed was obtained by very high sources, and I am glad to have asked questions since I can now be an active part of this group and company without fearing the dismantlement of it or fraudulent nature as so many websites tend to paint it out to be. The reason for the high energy sessions and sect type (almost religious) marketing is simply a way of getting people to enjoy the company as many high energy marketing companies already do here in North America.
