I ordered ugg boots from thedesignerdiscount.com. When I received the order, in a box from China with no return address, the boots didn't fit, even though I have worn ugg boots for years. They had a chemical smell and were very uncomfortable so I searched online to learn how to detect knock-offs. These boots are clearly knock-offs. I emailed both worldpay and thedesignerdiscount to return the boots and received no reply. I would like my money back.
