On march 20, 2010 I received the Rosebud open fit hearing aid I ordered.

After trying the hearing aid, I found that the aid was too weak for my hearing loss.

On march 24, 2010 my wife called the company about the hearing aid being too

weak for my hearing loss. The person she talked to said to return the aid and

they would exchange it for the tango hearing aid, which was a stronger aid.

On march 25, 2010 I sent the aid back by certified mail.

after they had had enough time to get the aid back, my wife called, and they

said it was at the post office, and they would pick it up, and send me the

replacement aid.

I never did get aid, and the post office sent the aid back to me that I had returned.

My wife called the company and told them about aid coming back to me, they said

to send it back regular mail with a return signature.

I sent the aid back as per instructions, on april 22, 2010 the aid was received by

E Rosenberg.

I still have not received the replacement aid they promised, or gotten my money

perfecthearingaids.com complaint resolved

On 06/05/2010 the dispute between myself and perfecthearingaids.com

was resolved. My money was refunded.

I think it was a complete misunderstanding between myself and perfecthearingaids.com offices.

I think Mr. Stoddard is a very honest man, and wants to do things right.

On my part perhaps I was a bit too impaient to get the dispute resolved

in an orderly manner.
