In a word I have been chasing this Martin Whittington for 2 wrong headlights shipped to my body shop.
Still to date I can not locate this guy. I was sent BMW Headlights and I ordered Honda Headlights. I mean this is a major difference in the headlights. Martin Whittington promised me a return label and still I have not received it. I told him I will bring it in to the location where he works out of in Pompano Beach. He told me we do not cater to walk-ins. What am I supposed to do now? I really do not wish to file an amex claim but at this point I will. I keep calling and he is not in the office or is ignoring my calls. This is terrible customer service. We all make mistakes and the best thing to do is to resolve it. No need to dodge me or ignore me. I have a body shop and I always need headlights. Now I guess I have to use keystone again and really pay high prices.
Martin Whittington is not an asset to this company. In fact he is causing you to lose business.
