I ordered their sample and then was shipped another order and charged $74.95.

In accordance with their return policy, I returned it and they rebated me only $24.95!

Can't find a phone number or e-mail address for their customer service.

I don't know if anyone can help you with these people, but I can give you a phone number. There phone number is 1-888-289-8740. Although, it's almost impossible to get anyone to answer. I suggest calling repeatedly until someone picks up. That's the only way I managed to speak to someone. And, I have a fax number if that helps with anything. It's 801-705-5934.

Performance Health USA LLC Sent me a $3 sample of vitamins and then sent a 30 day supply for $79.87 and charged my debit. This overdrew my checking acc't. and cost me lots of money. I did not authorize add'tl order. OREM Utah *EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account that someone wrongfully takes it from you!
