performant recovery inc Jamie pena and reina espinosa i paid the dept of V.A. and because they didn't get the money they continue to rip off my paycheck even though the bill is paid in full and i have proof pleasanton California

i owed the department of veterans affairs and so the irs took my tax refund and gave it to them paying them in full.

i recieved a letter sent to my employer saying that all money had to be sent to performant recovery inc or they would not stop the garnishment on my pay check

my employer can do nothing to stop them and the department of veterans affairs is doing nothing to stop them they want to rip me off for the full amount owed to the veterans affairs and it is already paid they won't stop until they get paid twice and reina espinosa said and i quote every last dime well they have every last dime so now i have to quit my job to stop them. 

unless i want to pay one bill twice which i do not and i will not.  performant recovery inc in california is a rip off for the government. 

i have call both va and performant neumerous times and they refuse to stop the garnishment even though they have proof that the bill is paid.

they are making it impossible for me to support a disabled veteran that the va created they make a mess out of service men and then take their families to the cleaners.
