Since 2010 our business sales decrease and we will not able to make monthly payment on our SBA loan with Bank of America. Bank of America sold our loan to Performant Recovery Collection Agency in Livermore, CA.

We tried to do Offer in Compromise with Performant but they dont want to accept our offer. They constantly calling me almost every single day and night. When I spoke to the person Danielle Russell, she was threatening me with all kind of stuff. I told her I am the only person that is working and with my only income I cannot pay back my SBA loan. She will not accept any of my offer.

They are the most selfish, heartless people that I know. So many business owners are suffering and all we are asking is if we can do Offer in Compromise on our SBA loan. Please help.
