Perfume Heaven Sells Expired Perfume New York New York

I was visiting New York for the holidays - my sister and I decided to go christmas shopping on 34st. One of the stores we visited was PERFUME HEAVEN located in the MANHATTAN MALL. The manager of Perfume Heaven sold my sister expired and HALF USED perfume. We returned to the store and asked for an exchange. He exchanged our perfume and we left thinking the problem was resolved.

Later on we went to Sephora and smelled the same perfume there. It smelled great. We took out the SAME perfume that we bought from Perfume Heaven and it smelled terrible in comparison. We realized this perfume must've been sitting on his shelf too long, and that his whole batch was probably like this.

We returned to the store and asked for a refund because we were very unhappy with the quality of his product. The manager refused to give a refund until we started to yell at him. He then proceeded to lecture us on how to act in a store ... if he ran his business properly, no one would've created a scene in his store.

He eventually gave up and returned our money ($80) for the funky perfume he sold us. We are grateful for that, but feel it should be reported that Perfume Heaven is selling outdated perfume at regular prices and refusing to give refunds unless she make a scene in their store.
